If I try for a while I think I'll get into the top ten, depending on how lucky I get with cyclones in the market and the amount of time I have. I'm at around 700 but that's not enough jobs for me
There is a Bux glitch...just load people and cargo that are green, when you arrive at the city they are assigned...you get Bux!!!

Very tough, but then again it makes the rest of the game seem easier by comparison. I started with Sydney and Melbourne, hopped my way up the eastern shore, and let me tell you, it was exciting when I could reach Alice Springs for the first time! I've closed most of my operations now, although I'm still running a few planes around between Dhaka, Bangalore, and Singapore (which has a money transport event) and am sending some long-distance planes between London and Seoul to pick up some funds. At #14 now with 1870 jobs but I expect to drop several places as others charge forward. Got my fingers crossed for the next global event being a class 1 city in southern Africa or the far reaches of Alaska/Canada... (this means we'll get a red city in Europe, just watch)
So I have been fiddling around with color schemes for my airline. I settled on Charcoal, Steel and Burnt Orange. The Tetra C looks good in them and I adore the patterns on the Fogbuster P if you use Charcoal, Burnt Orange and then Steel. What do you guys think is the coolest color and which plane has the coolest pattern. I am with the Fog P.

Yep, I did! A little bittersweet considering whoever made it past me has either twice the amount of planes that I do, or is cheating. They jumped from around 5k to over 11k in the span of about 3 hours. With 26 planes clustered and running round trips from all the nearby L3 cities, I could do about 520 jobs per hour. To do 2k jobs per hour seems impossible without some kind of... unfair advantage.
Yes I noticed that this person snuck up there within the past few hours. I saw you holding steady at #1 during most of this event. I know I have experienced GC lag, but it's never been such a great leap.
Can I ask a favour of you guys: Don't do any jobs for the first 2 minutes, I will load a plane and bux boost it, so I can get a screenshot of me at #1. It would mean the world to me.
The upgrade should have a history of global finishes as a new feature, otherwise all you've done is wiped clear every 3 1/2 days. This is the reason I run out to a lead and then lose interest. We need a whole plane/balloon event with mystery parts SOOOOOOOOOO bad. Heck, I'd even take doing the full blimp event again.
I think it will depend on where it is located cuz I'm going Bux broke re-arranging my fleet each time a new one begins, spending more Bux than the Bux prize for the event.
