Mystery parts I started with an all passenger airline. Started to replace my P-planes with M during the London event, because I couldn't pick up mystery parts (cargo only). Think an all cargo airline is a better option.
The only difference I can think of is if you wanted to join in on a cargo-only global event ... Then you'd need to quickly build some cargo-only planes to participate. We've had one of those in the past.. Edit: ok I guess I type too slowly on my phone cuz Train beat me to this response LOL Bet you can move into the Top 10 before the event ends. Don't think many people are trying. I haven't dropped too far overnight, and that's with me barely working the event. My Cloudliner didn't even leave the ground yesterday, that is how infrequently I've been playing. (a bit of too busy playing Mafia Wars, and a bit of lost interest in PP) I see Nokitano shooting up the Leaderboard! Where do you go to see this? Guess I should mention that I downloaded Twitter onto my phone a while back but never played around with it much. .
Does you airline type affect the job pool? I mean if you have all P-planes then does that mean the airports will only have P jobs? I have a feeling the airports will still have a mix of jobs, which means if you choose to be only P or only C then you are essentially cutting your available job pool in half. If your airports offer, for example, 1000 jobs, it is a mix and most likely is half p half c or very close to that. If your type of planes does not affect this mix of jobs then you go from 1000 to closer to 500 jobs availabe for your planes. This makes me think that your airline size would be limited as well due to a drastically smaller job pool, therefor limiting flights and profits.

It takes over an hour for them to travel back to Riyadh.
ouch ! You have my sympathies. I can imagine how much you want to "strangle" Apple to have all the past hour of work lost. The other day, I finally set up my transatlantic flight. I had set up the cities, bought my planes, ready to set them in motion, and then one by one the Asian cities guangzhou then Beijing went into bad weather.

CastlePage couldn't keep up with anybody I saw Nokitano last night, but today he's no where to be found Just now I saw coastcat but she's fast disappearing from my sight. When I saw her right above me, she was abt 100+ deliveries ahead of me. Now she's 400+ deliveries ahead. How do you all leisurely sending planes to Riyadh manage to stay in top 10, which I furiously babysit the areoeagles and feeding blue worded ppl to Tehran and still stay put at #16? How many planes do you have? We probably have a lot more resources devoted to the global events, prolly 20 planes at least. I can tell there is a lot of indifference toward this Bux-only event cuz I'd normally get bumped down by A LOT if this were a plane/mystery part event, especially with the minimal effort I put into this one. My numbers would be even higher if I stopped playing Mafia Wars and focused on PP. So it's that time again ... Where will be the next event?
I pull back on Bux only events, my little protest. Also, isn't it crazy that there has been talk about new planes for the next update, and we still haven't even seen the Concorde, Hot Air Balloon or C-130 Hercules? I mean not even a part. I'm guessing when the Hot Air Balloon eventually comes it will be a full one with mystery parts, like the blimp was.
I have total 18 plane slots - 11 sequoia, 3 areoeagles prowling between Riyadh and Tehran, one fogbuster actively feeding the blue worded passengers/cargo to from London to Tehran. The sequoias occasionally deliver Riyadh guys. The 19th slot is 1,282,125. BTW, are you all making a loss from Riyadh back to wherever ? I'm only sending back ppl to Tehran and occasionally London. Usually only one-three seats filled, and occasionally totally empty planes until I want to wait for the next round of job.
I've just found out that Riyadh was the birthplace of Osama Bin Laden.This has put me off the challenge
I call a full plane event next! I don't really have time right now to play , so I'm also not a contestant in global events. nobody answered me: What would you guys do with 20 000 Bux ? (already got 30 plane slots)
My guess is Kalgoorlie Australia... For a p40 part and 10 bux! Oh and I have no clue what I would do with 20k bux x.x
i guess a full plane event on a distant and lonely class 1 airport, like Reykjavik That would be a real challenge to get a lot of mistery parts.
At #12 right now with 2026 jobs but am not making the last-minute push to get into the top 10. It's hard to resist, but I have an unpleasant dental appointment (is there any other kind?) just at the event ending time. Kalgoorlie! That would be fun. I'm hoping we have a Halloween costume party at the end of the month - Bucharest would be appropriate.
Well this is the 3rd time a huey part is being offered, so this will allow people to complete their huey?
