I think you're right. I forgot how coin/bux poor we were in the early levels. I bet it was a challenge. I've only opened Sydney 2 times, it's currently closed. I don't have anything in that area right now. It always felt so far and remote. Wonder why they didn't make one of the cities a class 1. Hmm... maybe the US is a good place to start, at least there are a bunch of short Kangaroo-capable jumps between class 2 cities from LA to NY until there are enough resources to go all class 3.
Is it just me or does it seem like the job counter also counts the outgoing jobs as well for this event?
According to the Easter Island airport page I've done 96 jobs, 90 passengers and 6 cargo. But I've done even numbers of cargo and passengers using blimps. On the events page it says I've done 100 something jobs. Anyone else have this issue?
Ok I've done 410 jobs and got to 9th at one point, so I'm done for this event. Saving bux and cash for next one.

That is a respectable number of jobs delivered for someone who recently started playing the game! It'll be more interesting when there is an event with a new airplane reward ... hopefully soon.

I am not back yet. Hope to be back in a couple of days when the full plane (C130 Hercules?) event breaks loose. At the moment I am struggling to collect enough bux to put all the planes ExitaR sent me (thank you, ExitaR!) in the air. But... On a side note (God, I love this expression): I can always use some Aeroeagle-M or Sequoia-M parts. Pearjet-M parts are also welcome. At the level I am at, I still can not buy class 2 or class 3 planes. Edit: Faye Valentine, you can read my mind. Thanks for the plane!
Which one is the C130 Hercules? I don't think I have that one. I sent you a full Sequoia-M and full AeroEagle-M earlier. The Cloudliner-M I sent you can be sold for nearly 30,000 coins. It's too bad we can't send Bux. Sorry, I don't have another full Sequoia-M or full Aeroeagle-M (my Market has been a bit lopsided in its selection), but I can send: 2 Controls & 2 Engines for Sequoia-M 1 Control for AeroEagle-M and I think I have 3 Pearjets in my Hangar that can be dismantled, will go check. Edited to add: Sent all of these Seq/Aero parts. I was right, found 3 Pearjets and sent those too. .
Out of boredom I've opened airports all over the North/South American areas and have gone bankrupt for the third time. With less than 7,000 coins Ive been forced to 25% bonus runs to Class 1 airports in the U.S. I refuse to get rid of PP until the last rare plane is revealed or a more interesting update comes.
