@KitFisto22: nope I don't get any global event too... I think Nimblebit is doing some maintenance... And hopefully they'll pull an update ... I think it's bogging my iPad 2 memory...
Nothing here either. Hoping in 15 minutes (7am CDT) there will be something as that is when the smaller events reset for me. Probably just Nimblebit doing maintenance!!
Why must we be deprived of all the things that we enjoyed about this game! lol. Nothing on my end either after the refresh. All I've got is 5 local events for Charleston, Rangoon, San Jose, Copenhagen and Tapai....
Unfortunately for me, I don't like class 1 events! I also don't have any nearby cities open for those and would have to hangar plans to bring out the others which is spending bux that I'd rather spend on a world event! lol
I have noticed that. Wasn't the global event there also a Dino event? I do have a question about airline value. I have 22 planes, 30 in my hangar, probably 40 parts consisting of rare planes and class 2 and 3 planes, 29 airports (226 million people served), over 2.5 million in coins...but my highest airline value is only 6.7 million. Am I doing something wrong??

Woo hoo, we have an event! Faye and I are going to be happy, at least... archaeological dig at Easter Island. EDIT: Lima is really your only choice; the only other airport that a Class 1 plane can reach from Easter Island is Cuzco, and that plane is a SuperGopher with a carrying capacity of one! You'll need to use Mohawks and Blimps (both upgraded to at least level 2 fuel tanks) to shuttle passengers & cargo between Easter Island and Lima.
Hey everyone, been playing pocket planes on and off for a while, and I am wanting to participate in this event on easter island, is the best place to layover items Lima? My airline is based in North America so that seems like the closest for me.
Hey, I use Lima for layovers. My class 1 planes wouldnt reach from Santiago. I was lucky on this event. I completed the Easter Island achievement last night and had 4 class 1 planes in Lima and about 10 sequoias in America and Africa.
The closer is Lima but only a Supergopher or upgraded Mohawk or blimp can make it... I guess I'll pass on this one. I have plenty of p40 parts already...
