I love how a (3x range upgraded) Supergopher is the only plane that can get there from the nearest red city (Chicago). This will be a fun slow paced event.
Hurray for Yellowknife! Nearest Class 2 is Seattle, I think. Time to move everything back to North America. Not sure of my final ranking for Nairobi, but it's somewhere in the high teens.
No but yet again another event (third?) with a Bobcat part. Been quite a while since we had a full plane with mystery parts event. Wondering if they are a thing of the past or if full plane events will be something that happens only two or three times a year? Hmmmm...no gophers in my fleet. May just pass on this event.
Gophers, with capacity of one, would be inefficient. Buy Seattle, then dust off your Roos/Blimps/Knights to shuttle jobs between Seattle & Yellowknife.
Upgrading to iOS6!!! But, I refuse to do this event because of another Bobcat part. -.- Half my fleet has converged onto Nairobi... But... I guess since I have camouflage painted Sea Knights and solider pilots... I'm gonna do my own Middle East thing I guess...
That's a lot of Roos ... I've put 4 Roos into play. Most of my fleet is still across the pond, and I need to clear out of Kinshasa, Nairobi & Mumbai. I'll think about it some more later, time to go shopping. Never underestimate the power of the word "sale" to a girl ...
I love a good mall "sale" too. My gf and I went to one before she got sick. I was sooo disappointed. They took out the bad stuff from who knows where and put the items I was going to buy into storage I guess. I should know because I did a recon for the appliances I was going to buy.
I think I've given up on this game, I haven't sent flights out in the week, and I don't really participate in flight crew events any more, I'm just bored now
Until a new event that seems interesting comes up, I'm keeping the fleet in the U.S. with Class 2 and 3 airports open. Its a fallback strategy.
Well, I guess my system of predicting where the next global event would be was a failure. Oh well, time to load up the Kangaroos and Mohawks...WE'RE GOING TO CANADA

What I really want to see in the next update is: - real time weather in the world map... --> that'd be awesome! So you can see what is exactly going on (about weather) on the map, without having to see it in the event menu... What'd you guys think?
I like that idea. Or how about weather forecasts in the city screen? "50% chance of snow, possibly heavy at times" would force us to make decisions about whether to risk it and keeping running jobs to/from that city; city closures for weather events could then be 3 or 4 hours. (although that would be inconvenient for those who set their Sequoias on long runs and don't check in again for a few hours)
