I never got the achievement for making 250 flights; I have no intention of resetting them! I know I've got them, and I have no actual friends on Gamecenter so I'm happy enough with my own internal tracking. Last two job runs have been bug and crash free. C'est miracle!

It's constant, although because of the higher amount of jobs in Class 3 Airports, your odds are slightly higher. Regardless, there is a 1/100 chance that jobs heading to the city will turn into a part.
I'd guess Cape Town or Port Elizabeth, but I also get a feeling it could be way north like middle-of-nowhere Canada or Greenland... But I'll stick with South Africa.
I'm deciding between Cancun or Panama City, I'll go for Cancun. If its not it's somewhere in central america. Guessing this right wouldn't hurt, getting closer to level 22 and a head start on Seqouias would be great
