My event screen says medical conference in Kinshasa. Good thing I bought it this morning lol. Sadly only 50 bux, no planes.

For now I have two Mohawks running Inbetween Lagos and Kinshasa and all of my other planes picking up jobs and stopping at Cairo and Algiers to fill up on gas and go to Kinshasa.

Event is in Kinshasa, 50 bux for prize.

Interesting note it is only people. People for Kinshasa are blue but cargo is still white. Another curve ball tossed at us. M class lose out while those running P and C will benefit.

Yeah, I thought something was wrong when the cargo was white but I guess not.

Dug my only P Cloudliner out of the hanger and put in in Shanghai along with my only other P plane a Sequoia which I put in NY. They will simply sit and wait to fill before delivery to Kinshasa. May not get many deliveries but not really looking to push numbers. And not looking to enlarge the fleet sitting in my hanger with a bunch of P planes I may not use again.

Cloudliner was not upgraded. :( I was building a nice chunk of bux too. :(

Tasked a Cloudliner and 3 Aeroeagles to this event. Not very profitable.

I have 14 planes in the air and 8 slots open. I have debated putting more planes in the air but I am starting to lose interest in PP. I was excited about Cloudliners until I got a couple and realized the bux cost of them. So I have nothing to really play for except coin and bux but really nothing to buy with them. Kind of the same as TT. Floors maxed at 170 and nearly every job filled with a dream job.

Not sure how I'm going to run the Kinshasa event. I'll probably just run enough Sequoias to qualify and then work on some achievements/revenue. I got a bit carried away with the Wellington event - can't remember my total for that, but I finished at #5!

So glad to store away all those Mohawks and Kangaroos, now that I've leveled up and built my first Cyclone...

Thanks I'm trying to think of an inexpensive way to do this but I guess I really can't do this without purchasing more airplane slots which is getting really expensive :(

Same here only M types. Gives us M type users a wake-up call to invest in P and C planes. We can obviously foresee a future global with a rare plane reward with only P or C jobs. Very brilliant of NimbleBit :D

My loyal M class airline can kiss its profit stats goodbye for a bit until I rush these 50 jobs... Dang you Scuba Steve!

Drug reps need to ship supplies to medical conferences right??????? :)

I'm just using my 1 and only P sequoia between Mumbai and Kinshasa, using my other panes to take jobs from Shanghai, Tokyo and Beijing and drop off at Mumbai. I'm using he Sequoia method so it's fits in pretty easy

Does anyone know if there is a way to check the total coins earned by a single plane? I would like to see how much money my planes have brought in.

I have started playing this game recently and I have to say that is heaps of fun. It kind of reminds me of some of the transport tycoon type games that I used to play when I was a kid.

The devs have done a really good job and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is perhaps, like me, new to Touch Arcade and is wondering whether or not this app is worth investing their time.

Hmm if you've never put the plane in your hanger then you should be able to multiply the planes profit per hour by the total flight time in hours. But if you hanger a plane I believe it resets the plane's profit per hour.
It's a rough estimate at least

    Bitbook quote for the day:
Why would anyone be sending medical devices to Tehran?
    Harsh right?

    I got

"They have vending machines selling guinea pigs in the Dhaka airport. Not kidding."

I've been using a Birchcraft-P to bring Kinshasa jobs in between Chicago and new York to be held as layovers, and my Pearjet-P comes in to take them to their destination. I'm saving up for an Aeroeagle-P to transport tons of jobs.

I'm starting the same thing with my event Mohawk-P (just for now) in between Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro.

Check out Pezmage's Sequoia Method and see whether it will suit your playing style in the future. You can apply some of the principles to your route. You can't miss the posts, he has two very detailed posts on page 504. Here's a direct link to page 504 of this discussion:

Being primarily an M class fleet, I had to dig deep into the back of my hangar and dust off my one P Pearjet and one P Aeroeagle. I'm not about to add a bunch of new P planes either. I'm not looking for a top spot this round. I've already done my minimum 50 and will continue to chip away at it whenever I can fill the P planes with Kinshasa jobs. My P planes are running back and forth between London/Paris and Kinshasa (didn't want to buy another red city closer to Kinshasa).
I trimmed down my fleet after Wellington, throwing 5 Kangaroos into the hangar. Real life has been busy so I haven't even had time to keep the remaining planes continuously in flight.

If I have a plane doing the nome to Wellington achievement and an airport closes does it stuff the achievement up?
