Sometimes you don't get the pop-up. Check your hangar for it, and if it's not there, go to the support site: https://getsatisfaction.com/nimblebit They can check your game and send you the prize if you're eligible.
Just got my notice and prize in game. I have had it take hours and hours to finally go through. Event prizes are always a test or patience.
I've got the starship. Now it seems the trick is making the dang thing profitable... Non-stop flight from Los Angeles to London loses me money (that's my longest class 3 flight)
Should be a lot better in the next update. Upgrade are on full planes not on the parts. Once you scrap a plane all upgrades will be lost. Rewards are not even processed until a little over an hour after the event ends so the reward is never going to come before that. Your device also only checks for rewards every hour or so. So there is no point worrying about the reward until a couple hours after the events ends. A quick note on any support issues. We are answering the questions as fast as we can but it can take a little while to get an answer. We are responding to everyone but right now it is a little over a 24 hour turn around. Trying to bump your issue or commenting on unrelated issues trying to get attention to you problem can actually delay getting a response do to the way that the admin dashboard in getstatisfaction sorts things. One thing everyone can do to help us is give rewards 24 hours before you post that they do not come and if you have a simliar issue try and get some details other than "Me Too".
I still haven't gotten my reward for the starship, and I have gotten every other award I have participated in :/. I sent in a request on the Get Satisfaction website with no reply. They have given me ABSOLUTELY no response.
It is showing as received. Can you check if it is in your hangar. Also you you play on multiple devices or share a game center account or apple id with anyone else?
I realize that. My comment was that I am still missing the reward from the San Diego event. I've just received the Singapore prize, about 90 minutes after the event ended, which is my usual experience with delivery. But something happened with the San Diego event, which ended about 86 hours ago... I've posted my G number on the getsatisfaction page so I won't double-post it here. I waited almost 2 days before posting there, conscious of the delay that can happen. BTW, thanks for an awesome game. I apologize if it sounds like we're whinging too much about prizes here!!
Hey Tim, any chance that upgrade/hangar thing will apply upgrades to planes that have been in and out of the hanger? What if I've re-upgraded a plane a bit? I had 4 weight/distance upgraded Cloudliners that I put in the hangar when I changed everything up and I've since pulled two of them out and re-upgraded one of them a bit. Am I just SOL on those bux?
No I don't play on multiple devices. And I have a starship after receiving the parts through mystery events and through a trade on the TA plane parts thread. Could a starship that is in my hangar through building it with mystery parts make the app show as received?
I would have to have the ID to see what might have happened. But one possibility is that if you jump groups during that 1 hour break before the rewards are calculated you probably will not get the reward.
Nope, they are handled separate. Just resent it, may take an hour or two to make it to your device. I am not sure why this event seems to be having a little more issues than the past events with the prizes going out.
That's very likely what happened. I did indeed change flight crews (isn't that the behaviour you were trying to drive? ) about 30 minutes after the San Diego event finished and the Singapore event started to show up. G:170666242
Guys. Should I cash in all my Fogbusters for 3 Tetra-M's? (Or whatever you think would be best to buy in the Tetra series. I have 7 airports.) What should I do here? All thanks in advanced.
There is a CHANCE that if you put them in the hangar with upgrades and you pull them out the on the update (still waiting on approval) your upgrades will be there. If you do it now they are guaranteed lost Ya that really isn't stated anywhere but it has to do with the way they rewards are calculated You have to still be in the group when the job runs. I will probably reduce it down a little from an hour but you would still have to wait a couple minutes before jumping. At one point we were going to have it so you had to be in a crew for the FULL event so if you jumped you would not even get the first reward from your new group.
Ah bummer, lol. Oh well, bux come in quick enough that it's not that big a deal and it gives me a reason to keep playing!
