Hi, i want to trade my starship engine for starship controls, pm me if you are interested or send item, and i'll send you an engine. My GC is dawcioo666
Not to be Dr. Killjoy or anything, but isn't there a thread for just trading somewhere? I'd give the link but I don't know it offhand, I've seen it linked a number of times earlier in the thread...
I've had ONE profitable flight with the Starship. I think you have to have a 25% coin bonus (no bux jobs, even though they're worth "more") and fly somewhere almost at the max range of the ship. ANY stop through and you're going to lose money. Pretty disappointing. I was hoping that the small capacity would offset the super long range and make the thing a good little jobber.
I have a full star ship willing to trade for a sea knight or war hawk. Pm me please Star ship is not a money maker! However it's good to get dollars $$$ not coins fast to where you want them. It's a fast buck hauler if you ask me so it's worth it but I don't need 3
That's a bummer, can you check the cost to go from, say, L.A. to Tokyo on it if you have a route set up? I was going to use it as my long-distance bux jobber but if it's going to cost me way too much I certainly won't.
Lol LA to Beijing hauling 25% with an 8bucks passenger and 2 layovers to beijing cost negative -$5700! I dunno but seems crazy. And it only gets there in 52 min? Don't know if I want to waste upgrading this thing to reduce weight to make it more profitable. I would rather trade it for a sea night or leave this in my hanger for the cool factor
Give it to me and I'll upgrade it fully 750 bux just chillin, but no mystery parts at ALL so far with over 500 jobs
I don't have LA, but I have Mexico City. A full 25% plane, no bux, Mexico City to Tokyo via Cairo... no profit. I want to say it was about -2,300
No worries, if you make progress while offline, it will be synced to the server once you connect to the Internet. I would make sure you connect every so often, though, just to make sure that your stats are uploaded. And also, here's a little glitch/bug/trick that I discovered. It's nothing big and not too useful, but you may think about using it once or twice. So we all know that you can only upgrade planes while they're idle or boarding in an airport. However, if you spend bux to change the costume of the pilot during a flight, once you confirm the costume and leave the costume selection screen, the "Upgrade" and "Remove" buttons appear, allowing you to upgrade your planes mid-flight. I haven't done it so far, since I haven't needed to upgrade any of my planes, but I imagine that it comes into effect once it lands. So essentially, you're just purchasing the upgrade early so that you don't forget to next time it lands. Maybe I'll try it once or twice just to see. And as for removing the plane mid-flight, I'm not sure what happens. I might try that one as well =P Seeing as how it doesn't really offer any unfair advantages, I don't see this as hacking or cheating hahah just a neat little trick I came across the other day.
If I had any extras I would, but I'm only going to get the one from the event once it completes. I'm not running jobs for Mystery parts since I have no free plane slots in my current set up and I'm pushing for leaderboard rank for some reason that I don't quite understand...I'm not buying bux so there's no way I'll ever break the top 25 that's for sure! I have 2148 bux sitting around and no planes slots to spend it on. I'll probably burn some into coins to get things moving!
That's fantastic! I think I went 3 or 4 days before I finally remembered to finish upgrading the weight on one of my cloudliners. I'd fill and send and go "OH WAIT~!" every time. I ~almost~ spent the 20 something bux to fast-forward it just so I wouldn't forget again.
Booooo Hehe. Still flabbergasted that I've not seen a single part! Maybe it's bc my rank always says it will be updated shortly... I just figured I'm doing the jobs too fast for the server to keep up? I fill LA with layovers from as far as wellington, via tokyo, etc., then i have 2 AEs and a birch running jobs to SF constantly. Mad money and bux, too
