Feeder airports A --> Hub airport A --> Intermediate airports--> Hub aiport B --> Feeder airports B One set of feeder planes fly from Feeder airports A to Hub airport A carrying jobs for B airports, the other set of feeder planes fly from Feeder airports B to Hub airport B carrying jobs for A airports. They 'feed' the hubs with jobs for the larger aeroplanes to carry to the opposite hub. Next level you'll unlock Kangaroos, I'd recommend gradually replacing your fleet with some of those. It's also worth upgrading the range and weight, as you'll probably be keeping them for a while, they are useful as feeders and also for the events that happen in class 1 airports.

Yes you get half of what it cost to buy. Re: your cities, you really want them spread out as far apart as your planes can fly, as that way you'll get higher fares.
I'm trying to do the Prison Break event at Barrow. But after delivering both 1 passenger and 1 cargo there, neither shows up on the events checklist. Does anyone know what's going on? Edit: Nvm, it was just lagging. They show up now. But for others who's interested, only shipping cargo ("Suspicious Cakes") counts toward the event.
Great.. I erased my ipod, restored from icloud and PP now back to lvl 1 and no planes. I had icloud saves enabled
The prison break event is not the global event that your jobs will count towards. It is just a normal event. To increase your job total for the current global event, you need to deliver jobs to Magadan in Eastern Russia.
I'm probably missing something here, but how do you get parts for the ships like the blimp, huey, hot air balloon, etc.?
they are special events prizes. You do global events and sometimes planes will be rewarded as prizes or plane parts.
That is the only way. So far there have only been the P40 Warhawk, the Huey and the Sea Knight. Hopefully there will be a new one next event in a few days!
Yeah I know, I'm just doing it for personal goals. Trying to start the event count for all 45 events..
I wish all these special planes you can only get through events were actually useful. Like super fast plane that can only carry few people/cargo or something more unique.
I have mixed feelings about the Sea Knight. I used the Sea Knight for the Cape Town Global Event and found myself with uneven layovers due to the 2P 3C capacity, because I'd shuttle in Cape Town layovers in even P/C splits and they'd go out in uneven P/C splits. I kinda wish they'd offer 2 different mixed flavors. Like one with 2P 3C and another with 3P 2C ... so that we can buy a pair and get an even split of 5P 5C total.
When I travel between barcalona and munich and I drop someone off in Lyon it is not possible to pick someone up in Lyon so that my plane is full again, right? You can see that in events, all the way down in the list
