So in case anyone was wondering, it's possible to pretty much straightline New York to Beijing, you have to fully upgrade the range on cloudliners and they can go New York to Istanbul to Beijing.

any tips for me what to do next and what aircrafts should i change to?

You want to start completely phasing out your class 1 aircraft. Eventually the only class 1's you want to have running will be for achievement chasing and/or event participation. As for your airports, the higher the airport class the better and the fewer airports the easier it is to score the 25% bonus. LA, Chicago, New York and Mexico are a solid selection of c2 airports.

Open Lima, Rio and Lagos, then further to the east. Close Kansas and Phoenix (Detroit probably too, I forgot its population, probably low). Replace all your planes with Birchcrafts, it's the best plane until you get Aeroeagle at lvl 16.

Pretty sure you can fly direct from Chicago to Istanbul to Tokyo with fully updated Cloudliners. Just picked up my first two and messing with Elvis knockoffs in Taipei but I'll confirm tomorrow

That looks great! But if I were you, I'd try to sell off Airporta like Thunder Bay with less that 1.0M people. Try investing in more Class 2 airports if you can.

Never really found outwhat 'Advertise' does. Does it increase the amount of passengers going into that airport, or going out?

Whups, I meant to say Cyclones, not Cloudliners. Sorry for sleep-posting. Thanks for the people that read through my feeder v. non-feeder post on the page 438 you know who you are, I edited the Purple Monkey Dishwasher bit out since the Seq-Ms have been claimed!

Advertise makes more people want to go to an airport.
Upgrade increases jobs from an airport and layover slots

I noticed you said to phase out all aircraft until aero become available. Curntly I'm running a fleet of all kangaroos with Chicago, newyork, Montreal, Chicago, and Ottawa. Should I phase out the birch or just wait it out till I get the aeros?
Also I'm looking I close Ottawa always out of jobs so my planes get stuck there waiting for the next job.

So I am currently running L.A. to Tokyo. I have a Pearjet-P and C on both sides feeding L.A. with Tokyo and vise-versa. Honolulu feeding L.A. and Bejing/Shanghai feeding Tokyo. My four main planes transporting these goods are 2 Aeroeagles-P and 2 Aeroeagles-C a Aeroeagles-P and a Aeroeagles-C on each side transporting these goods. The cities I stop at going to and from is L.A., New York, London, Tehran, Bejing/Shanghai and Tokyo. My main problem is that I don't have enough layover jobs going to Tokyo, it takes me for ever to reload and I was wondering is there another feeder city I can buy that can help me get Tokyo layover jobs to L.A.
My second problem is having to many layovers in Tokyo, do you think it's a good idea to upgrade the airport? I only have 200k, started with 39k this morning so that's good :D , but I still have a lot less money :/
Thank you for who ever answered these questions, the reason I use Aeroeagles as the transporters is because I am level 19, just 1 more level to get Fogbuster :D
Also do you think it's a good idea to get Fogbuster-P/C or just get a bunch of Fogbuster-M's. Should I replace my Aero's right away or should I use both the Fogbuster and the Aero's together for a while then slowly start replacing the Aero's with Fogbusters?

Also there is a debate between Fogbuster's and Sequoia's which is the better plane? Sequoia's have more seating and more range but the speed drops significantly from the Foguster's, from 312 to 190 :/ that's a very scary drop in speed :/ So which one is the better one I should use when I get to the level where I can reach Sequoia's.

I'm currently lvl 22 and I don't feel like starting form scratch at lvl 1 again. Anyway, I need to clean install iOS today and will do a iCloud backup of my gamefiles etc. before I format my phone. Will my Pocket Planes progress crash after I download my iCloud-backup?

For starters, switch the way you feed, don't feed N.Y. to L.A., Feed L.A. to N.Y. Same on the Asia side. I feed Chicago and L.A. to N.Y. for Beijing, and I feed Seoul and Tokyo (and Shanghai for now) to Beijing for N.Y. Further, don't feed N.Y. with Tokyo guys, feed N.Y. with Beijing guys, and feed Beijing with N.Y. guys, not L.A.

Also you're going to want to eventually level up all of your feeder and fed airports to level 3 at some point. For the extra layover slots on the fed port and for the extra jobs at the feeders.

I don't feed like that, since I have aeroeagles N.Y is one of the stops I make to go all the way to tokyo. Also I just upgraded Tokyo so now it can carry 40 layovers but it's still filling up too fast should I upgrade it again to 60 layovers?

Yeah I'd upgrade to 3, but I wouldn't back feed in Asia like you said you were doing, I'd feed from Tokyo, not to Tokyo, and then have your Honolulu planes bring Beijing, not Tokyo people over. It might be worth it to close Honolulu since it's class 2 and shift your base of operations in North America to N.Y. so that you can have two class 3 airports (L.A. and Chicago) feeding N.Y.

I have LA, mexico and chicago feeding NY. Tokyo is a final stop since I'm to lazy atm to set a feeder system up on that end. I just leveled tokyo and ny to 3. Always plenty of return flights. The return flights to new york are never bonus packed, their just packed. Every jet that leaves new york leaves with the bonus, or it dosent leave. :)

Ok I sort of understand what you are saying but not everything and I'm going to close Honolulu after I get that achievement thing.

What are your thoughts on the Fogbusters and the Sequioas???
