I think it'd be neat to try the Nome to Wellington trip in a hot air balloon or blimp. I'm waiting to see whether I can get my hands on one of these before making the trip.
Just got my seaknight from the event. Cool plane using it for layovers . I have lots of parts for it also as well as a full one for trade. Im looking for aero eagles at the moment if anyone wants to strike up a deal.
Just discovered that the range on a full range upgraded SeaKnight is not quite enough for it to go fram Kinshasa to Cape Town ... so I ended up buying Johannesburg. My fully upgraded Kangaroo just barely makes it from Kinshasa to Cape Town.

Be careful using it for layovers - the imbalance between P and C can get you bogged down in layovers, and mean you have to delete them every so often I run 4 x cloudliners... I run them in pairs of 2 (1 x P and 1 x C). That way it's essentially as if you're running a 32 capacity-M plane! They take some work to fill though

Yeah you're probably right! I think their best use will be in class 1 events, being as they're the biggest class 1 plane.
Think i'm gonna have a little break from Pocket Planes. When I play properly, i'm making about a 1.5 levels a day, over a million coins and around 2000 bux. The route is getting a little boring, but I know if I change it / add another route it will get similarly boring / reduce my number of full planes because of the extra airports. Hopefully Nimblebit will introduce some new aspects to the gameplay to breed some new life into it. In fairness to them, the addictiveness value of the game has been immense, and I can't remember the last time I played a game so intensely.
There's no such thing as a best route. The straighter the route, the more profit it is - but in terms of length it doesn't matter. Shorter routes are better for people that can play a lot, longer routes for people that check at certain times in the day.
Hey! I'm based in Europe and not really sure what direction to expand into. I'm Level 13, and have the airports: Manchester, London, Brussels, Berlin, Algiers, Lyon, Amsterdam, Prague, Munich, Venice, Naples, Istanbul, Moscow and St. Petersburg. With the planes: Birchcraft P x 2, Kangaroo M, Airvan p, Equinox P, Mohawk C, Kangaroo P, Sea Knight, Anan M, Kangaroo C and Mohawk M. I currently have 91,137 coins and 95 bux. Not sure what to do next. I also, somehow want to get Cape town set up, for the event, Any advice is much appreciated! Thank you! Also, which of the planes above should I replace with an Eqinox M, Which I have in my parts?
I would go Atlantic, and try to expand into North America. However, before you do this, sell off all Class 1 airports like Manchester and see if you can trade someone for some Aeroeagle M(I would try to help, but I also am a level 13 that kinda failed the Trans-Atlantic route, so take this with a pinch of salt. But don't worry, I learned). Keep in mind, you'll need infrastructure to fill layovers for overseas flights, both in Europe and North America. This involves moving some of your planes to NA. Lastly. Make sure you have more coins than you think is necessary. This venture will most definitely screw up your cash flow for awhile. Your bux are gonna take a hit too from upgrading the Aeroeagle, which is necessary to have the range. But don't worry. Hang in there, and weather this storm. It'll turn out fine. So there you have it. A bit of a plan. Hopefully I didn't ramble, and hopefully it works well! And don't worry. I need some advice and/or help. Level 18 going on 19. Airline Value: 584,189 Avg. Daily Rev.: 156,723 209,744 coins and 159 bux. Airports: 4 of 21 ( Madrid, Baghdad, Hyderabad, and Taipei.) 8 planes ( Equinox-M, Birchcraft-M (x2), Birchcraft-P (x2), Pearjet-P, Aeroeagle-C, and an Aeroeagle-M. With my Sea Knight in the Hanger. All plane slots are filled.) I just wanted to know is there anything I can do better? Anything Im doing wrong? ALL help is apprechiated. P.S: I recently opened up all Class 2 airports in North America for the Global Event. Thank you for your reply and help.
