Hey all! Quick question, should I get Pearjets or Aeroeagles? Or should I mix both? I really like the Aero cause it's longer range and the ability to seat an extra person. But which plane is "better"?
hey y'all, quick question: as a level 10, should i focus more on getting kangaroos, mohawks, or birchcrafts? i'm trying to expand, and i've currently got - san diego, las vegas, phoenix, houston, miami, and new york. at the same time, i've still got some wallaby and navigator planes.
Aeroeagles are better for the reasons you list, as well as one MASSIVE reason which you'll learn later on in the game (if you run M planes that is)... Aeros have 6 jobs - meaning an M splits them equally 3P/3C. Pearjets have 3P/2C. LAter in teh game when you start using layovers more for long range / massive planes, such as a Cyclone that has 6P/6C, you'll want your layovers to be equal as well - which means, you'll be keeping aeros for a LOT longer than you'll be keeping pears. I think Aeros are the most important in the game - they stay with you for a LONG time. Even if you don't use M, and just use P and/or C planes. Aeros are the biggest class 2 and will, as I say, most likely be used as your feeder planes forever more.
Does weight contribute to the amount of money it costs to make the flight? I have a lot of bux but no cash
Time to move some of my Mohawk C variants to Philly! I currently am running the following 2 Airvan M 1 Kangaroo M 1 Mohawk P 1 Mohawk M 7 Mohawk C All fully upgraded! I also have Chicago, NYC, Philly, LA, Dallas, and Detroit in the US. In South America I have a line stretching from Mexico City, to Carracas, and ending in Recife. I am currently upgrading Carracas and Recife, all the other Airports are fully upgraded.
Sad to say but after you get class 3 airports and start getting 1 million coins a day the replay value does kind of stop there. I wish it was like class one airport and only give you passenger and cargo jobs to places of other class one airports. Same with class 2 and 3
Yeah, ditto. The only reason i'm carrying on is to beat as many non-cheaters on the leaderboards as possible! Thing is, the game is still relatively new - so we don't know what Nimblebit has in mind for future updates. If I remember correctly, they are pretty good for updates, and keeping games fresh. After all - it's in their interests.
My Idea was on my post you relplyed to was that class one airport only have jobs that take passenger and cargo to other class one airports. That way people can stop saying class one airports are useless.
Yeah that would be good for events, although for people like me that only have class 3 airports, it wouldn't matter because the jobs available would only be other class 3 airports anyway! The only thing they can do is introduce something new that is attractive to achieve. It can't really be an even bigger or better plane either, because the cloudbuster is already probably TOO big as it is!
And that's the only flaw with my idea I kind of wish the kept the same upgrading system as tiny tower did with the floors (not for planes but for airports). And off topic I know but was the a max level for the upgrading the floors in tiny tower??
Not that I can remember because that was kind of the point - how big can your tower be? With pocket planes it's more in depth, but there's no single aim. It's not about number of planes, or airports, coins or bux it's just enjoy it! No game can be enjoyed forever I guess

I made a suggestion or two on the Nimblebit suggestions page but it gets buried so quickly by others. That would be cool. Those few minutes where everything is setup and you're just waiting for a jet to land, the music would be entertaining whilst waiting for bux to fly by or something. See my link above for other ideas I had that could be relevant. Support it people! lol 161 floors in Tiny Tower (costing 3,888,150 at the top!). I intend to readjust my routes when I get bored with this game if Nimblebit havn't added anything to make it fresh. Maybe try and manage 2 large routes or collect special planes like concorde's and starships whenever they make an appearance and make a small fleet of rare aircraft. And I don't plan on doing any of the long distance achievements until I have a hot air balloon and blimp to make those journeys fun! A lone hot air balloon taking days to cross countries / the world etc Nope (2,040 miles)! As they are both class 2 airports, the only 2 planes capable of that journey (without stops in between) would be the Pearjet and Aeroeagle, both requiring one range increase each to make it. Washington [FREE CITY SLOT] I'm a little stuck and want a lot of cash fast but can't seen to do so... I sometimes do Honolulu to Boston with the 25% bonus and make one stop at L.A. with both of my Aeroeagles my Aeroeagle-C I have upgraded everything to the max... Don't know which city I should buy and which planes I should get. I don't have a lot of class 2 planes because most of my cities are class 1 and most of the jobs I get is class 1. Please answer please would like to get better and get a lot of cash faster Also which city should I buy next?? If anyone has any Fogbusters or Tetras or Cyclones extra parts I would be happy to take them off your hand (;
