The plane is a rare plane though, that can't be achieved by leveling up. 10 bux can be achieved in a matter of a couple of flights.
Help out a newbie? Hey guys. Looking for some advice. Is the Mohawk to Equinox upgrade worth the hassle and bux? I have 1 Equinox C in service and it outpaces my Mohawk Cs. I also have 2 whole Equinox Ps worth of parts, along with a Equinox C body and engine. But is it worth it to replace 3 Mohawk Ps and 2 Mohawk Cs with their Equinox counterparts? Also, I only recently upgraded my fleet to Mohawks and Birchcrafts(2 days ago to be exact). Vital statistics: Level:13 Airports: Seattle(C2), San Francisco(C2), Phoenix(C2), Dallas(C2), Guatemala(C2), Mexico City(C3), Miami(C2), Atlanta(C2), Detroit(C2), Boston(C2), Philadelphia(C2), and New York(C3). Planes: 3x Mohawk P 2x Mohawk C 1x Mohawk M 1x Equinox C 1x Birchcraft M (1 Open slot) Parts: 2x Equinox P 2/3x Equinox C(missing engine) 3x Pearjet P 1x Pearjet C 1x Aeroeagle P Coins: 15k(just bought Philly for event) Bux: 130 All advice is greatly appreciated. With the Huey parts, I just found my parts in the Parts section. (I kept my Huey parts separate and never built it) Not sure what they do with whole planes. If you win the entire Seaknight plane, where does it go? Are you forced to place it in service right away? Do they just put the plane in your hangar? Or do they reward you with all 3 parts which can be found in your Parts page?
So yesterday you lost everything because of the reset, asking for aeroeagle parts - and now you're asking for fogbuster parts because you sold them... Interesting
I had 3 Equinox planes a while back and used the, briefly before getting rid of them. I was not happy with their performance (profit wise). YMMV If I were to do it all over again at your level 13, I'd wait until level 14 to unlock the Pearjets which I liked a lot more. You should start thinking about closing class 2 airports that are too close together. Spread out more.
Think i've just about exhausted the game now. Lvl 31 and making about 2k bux and over a million coins a day. Have all the planes I want, and the route setup I want. Don't really know what else there is to do! Might get the rest of the achievements and leave it at that.
Thanks for the advice! I have a few more questions though now.. The only reason I was considering Equinoxes was because the range and speed, as well as weight is much better than say Mohawks. What does YMMV mean? The reason I'm so crowded with airport placement is that I don't really have the means to exploit a Trans-Atlantic route. I could move to South America, but Class 2+ Airports are spread out, but also clustered in at the same time. You know what I mean? And finally. With Pearjets. I'm considering retiring the Mohawk M once level 14 and introducing a Pearjet P and C into my fleet, maybe to exploit a Trans Atlantic route. However, I understand I'd need to fully upgrade my Pearjets for that? I lied up there^^ . But seriously. Last one. What's a good way to be able to profitably fill up the larger Pearjets and beyond? It's kind of common sense not to ask for parts repeatedly. At least give people some time to forget your name first.. And finally? jdrawmer speaks the truth. You've got to earn those parts. Sure, if someone is running a giveaway on the Parts thread, take advantage! But begging shouldn't be your means of progressing in the game. If you're really in need, use begging as a tool then, very sparingly. I'm sure jdrawmer would be happy to have helped you out, had you not been spamming the thread with your begging. So. Please stop. And if you haven't learnt, than take your ways elsewhere, where you're going to get the same message.
