You know, I never even thought to advertise, I think I forgot it was even an option. I play fairly casually during the day, I can only check in every couple hours or so so I like to be sure that I'm going to have full planes for my long flights and as close to possible for my feeders on that one check.

Decided to go ahead and give advertising a try just now, advertised New York and Shanghai, on the first job refresh after my advertise each of my aeroeagle feeders were 5/6 or 6/6 on their way to my hubs.
    Totally worth it.

It'll cost me 122k to keep those two ads up and right now that's roughly 20% of my daily income. But I'm not really in any hurry to amass coins, the only use I would have for it is to add more plane slots and I don't have the bux for those planes anyway. The increase in enjoyment from not having to camp planes out waiting for jobs to refresh is going to be completely worth it. And as that number becomes less and less of my daily income it'll be more and more worth it. Plus it'll get my hubs full asap once I have more time to focus on the game so I can send planes around on different romps more often which is more fun for me.

I have a quick question and I know it was asked before, but I didn't pay attention to it as it sit apply to me just yet. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the answer in the thread =/

For all of you doing international flights, say from LA to Tokyo, do you put all of the Tokyo passengers on your plane in LA? Essentially, do you have the 25% bonus in LA before you even fly to Tokyo?

Or, do you have London passengers, as well, and when you drop off people at London you pick up some more Tokyo passengers?

I currently have 3 Pears making a transatlantic flight from New York to London. I have around $400k and 350 bux now, so I'm looking to expand a bit. I just wanna know a little bit more first.

I wait until the whole thing is packed with the 25% bonus from the get-go. Unoess, of course, large quantities of bux are at stake... Then, all rules "fly" out the window. Har har.

Your pears won't make the hop from moscow to beijing, and neither will AEs. Find another way, or wait for FBs

They will make the hop from Delhi to Tokyo, however.

I got real lucky with only one of my smaller planes stuck there. Rerouting traffic to NYC for the next hour I guess. Funny how easy it is to adjust though.

Thanks! That explain a lot lol I might open up LA and start off with only a portion of the whole international route until I unlock the FBs.

Hi guys. First post so be gentle please. I've done about 13 jobs to San Jose for the event. Ive read back a few pages looking for help on this but need clarification. Has anyone closed the airport and still got the prize money?? I would like to use the airport slot for something a bit closer to home. Cheers

I closed the last event airport long before the event closed and still received the reward, so you're safe to close the airport.
