I just wish/hope Nimblebit starts adding Mystery Parts back to events (like the Brisbane event). 50 bux and changing routes to add in the class 1 airport would be worth it for the chance at picking up a C-130 or Concorde

Would it be best if you got a plane going to different airports, to just click on eachone while on the way to the farthest/most profit item to its destination?

OR stop at each airport individually to take on passengers/cargo and send them to their proper airport and repeat.

(I dont do layovers. Not enough planes... yet.)

If I don't have enough passengers/cargo to fully fill to the final destination, I will take as many as I've got and try to stop along the way to grab the few more needed to make sure I get the 25% bonus before I reach the final stop. Does that make sense?

So I just click on the airport if I'm already full, but stop at each one if I need to grab more people to fill the plane with final destination passengers (or if bux jobs have taken the place of final passengers)

Not even bothering with this event. The cost of setting up the route, even though it's pretty much where I already am, and wasting precious jobs to my main routes isn't worth it for 50 bux any more!

They need to do events for un-obtainable planes again...

Forgive me for not reading back several pages - but has anybody else had their bux reward given, and then disappeared?

My mate just text me saying he received it and, obviously (otherwise I wouldn't be posting), it disappeared!

Same here although it may have been plane parts that messed last one up with repeats, doing similar routes to you but what lvl do u get better than Aero's?

I did the same thing before I had a serious hub going.

What I'm doing now is 4 long range planes (Pearjets and Aeroeagles) and 6 short range planes (Birchcrafts). End to end, I'm going Mexico City > Rio > Lagos > Cairo > Delhi > Tokyo

Only the Pears and Aeros can make the Rio>Mexico and Delhi>Tokyo flights. So all my planes funnel Tokyo jobs into Cairo, and Mexico jobs into Rio. Two long range each based in Mexico City and Tokyo that service those cities.

I went the southern route because all my Birchs can cross from Lagos to Rio.

I think its worth moving my Mohawks from their jobs in Seattle -> Barrow over to NYC for about 5-10 jobs just for the sake of doing a world event. But yeah, its not worth the time or effort to really get involved for 50 stinking bux

It's a lot more worthwhile the lower your level. but I'm making hundreds of bux a day. I'd probably lose out on 50 bux just to do an hour of events!

For lower levels, 50 bux is airline changing! I guess it's just how the game changes the more you progress.

    EVERYONE ATTENTION!

I highly DO NOT reccomend doing this Global event as

    1) it is only 50 Bux
    2) Nimblebit seems to be in the trolling mood, as almost instantaneously the major hubs to central America are being spammed with Fogs and Storms.

    Bit of advice for people...

LA --> Tokyo is NOT the best journey. LA --> Beijing / Shanghai is better... Tokyo can then fund Beijing / Shanghai with layovers.

Not much difference of course, but the shorter the FULL flight, the more profit you get. OVer time, it makes a difference.

I have it exactly the opposite. I'm using Beijing to help keep Tokyo full of people/cargo to send to LA. With the range of Fogbusters Tehran -> Tokyo is a direct flight, and not much longer than Tehran -> Beijing. Why'd you choose the other way around?

Edit: Oh, just because as we discussed earlier, its a bigger profit per hour for shorter flights?

That's interesting indeed! And it works out much better for me since I noticed more people wanting to go to Beijing/Shanghai than Tokyo. It is always harder for me to load up a plane with all Tokyo passengers.
