There no real right or wrong answer, but i'd say having a mix of all 3 is a bad move. I think M are the best because you never miss out on a really good job, especially when you do layovers. if I had a mix of P and C, arrived at an airport and a 10 bux job appeared but i couldn't pick it up, i'd be annoyed. M is the best of both worlds.
I'm not sure who is responsible for this info, but it's really helpful; however, there are a couple of errors. It lists the Griffon as a capacity of 2 when it's only 1. It lists the Wallaby as a capacity of 3 when it's only 2.
I'm not sure it was a few pages ago. I noticed a couple of mistakes too, but the guy a few pages ago just wanted it for the various levels of aircraft. I just use it for the distance calculator!
Sorry I missed your question! Touch Arcade was spazzing out for me. Think that's a good move to be honest.
Yes, of course you should upgrade your fleet. Equinoxes are (imo) worse than Birchcrafts, because they can only carry 3. Just as you phased out your lower level planes, phase out your fleet to Birchcrafts and then Pearjets. The planes you unlock as you level are "better" than the ones below, but cost more to operate before upgrading them. Managing to get trip bonuses is what it's all about.
neither can equinox though, so you're not missing out there - and you're better off upgrading because of the amount of time you'd have to put up with equinox.
No, but Pearjets can, at 5 spots instead of 3. Birchs can also make it from South America to Africa. Use your Birchs to ferry jobs for London into NY, then put a Pearjet on JUST NY > London. Use other Birchs to carry jobs for NY into London... should give your Pears plenty to do.
ok upgrading my birchcrafts to be able to reach santiago from guatemala. mohawk(1st class) is preety useless. should i put it in my hangar? or should i be using it for something?
I've found when you have an established, long haul route; trying to establish a route for an event as well really takes a lot away from your profits. I don't even think it's worth the prize (at least, not one that is only bux). I think i'm only going to bother with events when there's a plane part involved that you can't buy yourself.
Yeah I only do a few loads anymore. In the first event I was 5th-10th place (depending on the time of day) but after the first event we've always had such a ridiculous lead on 2nd place that I don't even try very hard. Which is kind of unfortunate to be honest because that was something I really enjoyed in the first event. We were behind for a bit and then caught up and there we just a little bit ahead and then started pulling ahead. I kept checking the global rankings and my jobs. It was a lot of fun. Now I just check what the new prize is on new event day, do 5-10 jobs and then close down the event airport.
mmk ima sell my sub routes to santiagoand just let my mohawks run around in NA. and when i get the chance ill put them in the hangar
flying two mystery parts to Brisbane right now. i kept them as layovers at a city for a while. i wonder if they're still Warhawk parts or something else now. will update after they arrive! Edit: yep.. theyre still warhawk parts... boo
The green line is the route that you are currently creating. So as you're setting the plane up to fly, the route will be green. Red lines are routes that you have already set up and executed. So once you tell that plane to fly, it maintains a red line to show you where the plane will/has traveled. Once the plane arrives at its destination the red line will go away.
