I'd suggest to get an aeroeagle or two until the class 3 planes come along. They are great trips to do because you don't have to check every 10 minutes and they make a massive profit. My Sequoia jets are making 8k profit an hour according to the stats
should i upgrade my color red airports? I'm level 17 and my biggest profit in 1 airplane is 2.4k only. help and some advice please. thankyou!
Tell us how you have been flying so far, do you just try to earn profit from direct flights? or do you use layovers? and do you try to get a fullloading combo everytime? If you are struggling with that one class 3 city (red dot) then I suggest you either open up a class 1 or class 2 city beside it so you can have some resources to feed to the said city.
yes, there are many times that i only gain hundreds in my pearjet and birchcraft. I have 300+ bux but i don't want to replace my old airplanes like kangaroo and airvan because they are helpful sometimes
sometimes i use layovers to have 25% bonus, but only sometimes. it's hard for me to collect them and make 25% bonus, thankyou for the advice. I read in this forum everyday and i saw that they make long trips. is that good or should fly over short trips?
Sounds like you could do with a combination of upgrading airport and having a nearby airport as mentioned, to feed flights to the class 3 (layovers)
If you have a lot of time to play the game, then shorter trips are good - but as your planes get bigger, it's harder to maintain shorter trips because they take so many jobs in one go. It's a natural progression really.
I see, thankyou sir for the advice, I shall apply this. thankyou again! I'll ask again whenever I'm having a hard time in my flights.
One question for those who are really into the game! i'm now level 18 and own 20 Airports! 5 level 2 Airports (mostly for connections, not as destinations) 15 level 3 airports (3 upgraded to level 2) also i have 12 planes in the air! Now my question: At each airport, out of the dozens of jobs that are available only about 2 get to the same airport at once. Its very rare that 3 go to the same destination and nearly never 4 or more. Is there a possibility to increase this number? Does it depend on your plane/airport ratio? Or do I simply have to upgrade theairports? (which is so expensive )
Not sure if this has been asked, but what is the earliest you can get a plane from NYC to London? Fully upgraded Birches don't reach and that's my "top" plane ATM. I'm level 13
Sounds like you might have expanded too fast, or your cities are all too spread apart. It's better if you separate them into clusters, where each cluster is led be one or two class 3 cities and supported by class 2/1 cities. I believe it would be Pearjets, which comes at around level 16.
So i should concentrate on buying more red airports near others i already own? I dont want to sell thos i already have! Or do i have to sell them? Is it pure coincidence how many jobs i get, or does it depend on how many planes i have?
you don't have to keep buying class 3 airports, (since class 3 airports are pretty spaced out) try buying some class 2 airports around the red airports. The red airport will act as a hub and the class 2 airports will bring layovers to them, and have your big planes running between the class 3 airports. that way you will always fill up your plane with jobs going to the same location. but since you are level 18 and own 20 airports, you might have to sell some of your existing ones since the limit for you is 21??
This Exactly! I'm lvl 23, and have 15 planes (soon to be more), and only 10 airports. All my planes are full every time they go somewhere - in fact, my main airports have full layovers nearly all the time!
It's because you're lvl23 already right? Can afford to have class 3 hubs spread far apart with class 3 flights running the long route and class 2 flights doing the cash delivery? I should have saved more money before I expanded to NA. Now my planes are not enough at level 18 btw what's your GC id?
GC: jdrawmer Yeah, but i've had my spread across the world for a good few levels now. Basically, you have a stretch as far as your level allows, and never have too many airports (or at least, main airports).
