Didn't that person also say game didn't register him doing all 1000? I don't know of anyone else who has finished one yet. Got 300 on gold mine so hopefully that shows up again soon. Then I'll know i guess
People keep talking about events. I know about the flight crew events. I also understand that some of the events are storms, snow, fog, etc. What are the other events?
There are local events such as gold rushes or air shows, or the one in Lima right now. They increase passengers and cargo to that city
what is the fastest way to complete the deliver 100 jobs to ???. does a job = 1 landing in that city or people-cargo delivered? example deliver 1 cargo for 100 trips to the city or deliver 4 cargo for 25 trips to the city?
That's what we've been discussing the last few pages. No one has ever reported (in 3000+ posts here) getting a reward for a local event, but there's apparently only 1 questionable report of anyone completing a local event.
I think I know why we can't go around the globe as it is in real life. They had to design it as a flat map otherwise the computing would be too complicated for flight fares. Right now it's only 1 direction thus the fare is only calculated that way, if you enable bi-direction, the coding might just get too messy. E.g., Seoul to Paris, the fare as it is now is based on flying across Eurasia continent, but how can the calculation be processed if you can also fly across pacific and atlantic to reach the destination? I imagine this would be a challenging task for the programmers.
Yeah, you would also make less money on a LA -> Tokyo route, since they would be right next to each other. Class 3 planes' profit would take a DIVE
Well they obviously would have had to balance differently, but I can't see why it couldn't be done. I don't really care one way or the other anyway. It's not like it would really be realistic unless they made it a globe, and that would be complicated

No, you can't easily fill a sequoia. That said, when you do fill it, it makes more profit per run than my fogbusters. Those two extra seats and all that
TouchArcade flight crew in my opinion is too OP. we should split it up into 2 Flight crews, that way it puts some competition in our community. NimbleBit should only allow 5,000 members in a crew, that way it's balanced.
