I'm guessing lower weight = lower trip costs. I just tried it while plotting one of my longer routes and total profit for the trip went up slightly. My payments haven't gone up, so the cost must have gone down.
Started in Japan, since that is where I am located IRL, and Calgary is sooooooo far away / out of range. I am hoping I can level up enough, and make it there. And, is it me or can you not fly from Japan in an eastern direction until you hit the west coast of North America? I've tried scrolling the map that way, and I have to go the long away around every time. Would make the Tokyo to LA flights a bit impossible
8 hours later and my iPhone won't synch up to my main game... Any button that I can press on my iPhone to bring it up?
Holy crap this is fun! Unfortunately it eats away my 3gs battery..... Luckely i'm at home today I'm in europe so can't get to calgery just yet...
Forgive me if this sounds retarded; but is this a persistent game world? I am busy for most of the day so can not play persistant games, I like a game to continue exactly where I left it.
Game runs on its own you just need to order your planes around. Although at first you need to check them every few minutes. I imagine it changes once you progress and planes can carry more people and fly for longer periods.
I've been playing this since the morning.. and am just about to reach level 6.. started in europe and expanded into UK and Spain.. flights take around 5 to 10 minutes to accomplish.. so it's still a bit of a persistent game. I can't imagine how I can start managing 20 planes once this game ramps up though.. i'm already macromanaging like mad already, and I only have 6 planes.
How are you guys getting new planes and new locations so fast? I'm only lvl4 and haven't bought anything
I'm on level 11, it's getting a little complex and theres a lot to worry about. Its fun, though. I hope theres updates with new content & things.
This may be a dumb question but how do I build a plane with my parts? I have enough parts for a navigator thing and I go into the parts section of menu and click build and can't find a way to build the plane even though it is right there?
Click build on bottom left-says Parts / Build Then if you have enought parts it costs 3bux to build it, as long as you have a spare plane slot that it
I go into parts, then click build, I have 3 bux and I can build the navigator P and if I click on it I get details and there is no second build button that I see. tapping build again does nothing and I also have an available slot.
I want to share a tip with you all on how to manage time with this game. If you don't have much time in a single sitting or you want your airline to not go to waste while you sleep; When buying a new airport make sure you get one on the edge of the fuel range for your planes relative to any of your airports on the edge of your empire. When it's almost time for sleep accept plane trips only to the opposite sides of all your air ports, then get those two to send passengers between each other. Make sure you keep three of four airports as a cluster in your starting area so when you have lots of time deal with only those. If you don't do this you could be losing valuable time in which money and cash can be made. It's takes a bit of thought and planning but not really too hard to work out Good luck! ____________ Any one worked out how to force synch the app onto another device yet via iCloud? I want to support the devs but not without knowing I have a backup on another device as I have heard that some people have had game resets and things, and it won't go automatically for me.
anyone know the distance to cross the atlantic? Like any of the east coast cities to Lisbon or Casablanca look closest, even London though, not that I have the money to open london, I just kinda wanna have a goal to branch out into Europe, its that or hop down to South America
