Thanks for the tip, I'm trying to expand from Australia as I think it's a dead end. Going into Asia doesn't seem to be the way to go for me.
All the airport costs add up to 100k, time to save. :(

expanding from Australia is a pain, especially once you get Class 2 planes, you can only land them in Sydney and Melbourne. I ended up expanding to Jakarta, Singapore and Bangkok. A Birchcraft can just reach Jakarta from Melbourne without upgrading

it doesn't, it puts the plane in your hangar. and you got to use bux to put it in your fleet.

Is it better to have many class 2 airports on short range or a few on long range?

I would try to create longer routes, for example by buying Algier and Lagos. Algier helps with with the current global event and your Mohawks can reach Lagos from there. The route to St. Petersburg should give some good money, maybe you could also buy Moscow for more passengers from the north. In exchange I would get rid of two of your class 1 airports in Europe, because those are too close together. In the beginning that is great, but the planes you have at the moment can do a lot more.
In the long run, you can easily expand from Lagos to Rio and Sao Paolo with the next planes you will get. And the routes from South America to St. Petersburg/Moscow or to India are quite lucrative.

This game is too good for words! The fact you can spend as much (watching planes and grabbing coins / bux) or as little (send your planes off and check a little later) time as you like playing, is so rare in a game nowadays on any platform.

It seems so tempting for app developers to make as much money as possible by making the game boring without spending real money, that it's just so refreshing to be able to play a game without feeling the NEED to buy bux, but having the option to if feeling frisky.

I reached lvl 12 in Europe but started again because i wasn't happy with progress and i think i was doing it ALL wrong (I was just buidling up as many airports as possible).

Now i'm lvl 11 in USA with:

    New York
    Chicago (damn you snow storm)
    Toronto
    Detroit
    Washington DC
    Dallas
    Atlanta
    Miami

    And planes:

    Airvan-P
    Mohawk-C
    Mohawk-M
    Mohawk-P
    Birchcraft-C
    Birchcraft-M
    Birchcraft-C
    Birchcraft-P

Think i'll next get rid of Toronto, as i'm starting to lose out on the bonuses, and i'm slowly spreading west and south whilst increasing the distances between my airports.

Any tips on my progress or comments? I don't use layovers that much. The only times i seem to is when I can't get a bonus on a flight, so i'll just an individual passenger/cargo off on the same journey as most cargo...

e.g. if I have a flight from New York with 3 cargo going to Atlanta and 1 to Miami, i'll just drop the miami cargo off in Atlanta because adding that leg on for the sake of one cargo is pointless. Is that basically how best to use them?

I would also like som advice from you :) I'm currently level 15 and have based my planes in USA and Europe.

Current economy: 85658 coins and 79 bux.
I'm saving for class 3 planes.

    Birchcraft-C (Cargo USA)
    Birchcraft-C (Cargo USA)
    Equinox-P (People USA)
    Equinox-P (People EU)
    Equinox-C (Cargo USA)
    Equinox-C (Cargo EU)
    Kangaroo-P (Main event / #TouchArcade)
    Airvan-C (Main event / #TouchArcade)
1 Pearjet-P and 1 Pearjet-C (Allroundplanes but mainly longdistance and interatlantic in USA and EU)

    Honolulu
    Seattle
    Los Angeles
    Mexico City
    Miami
    Chicago
    New York
    London
    Madrid
    Casablanca
    Algiers
    Istanbul
    Moscow
    Lagos

I'm having problems setting up routes, and just end up using all my planes on longdistance travel to earn cash. Do you have ideas for impovements and changes?

    Thank you.

A couple of things i'd suggest is try and ease out a couple of airports (if possible), and i'd get a couple of M planes for cargo AND passengers, instead of focusing on P and C (a lot more likely to get a bonus on a flight that way).

i've played this game offline a lot, and earned about 5 or 6 achievements.

now i've gone online and synced with game centre, it's removed all of my achievements? wtf?

anyone know how to fix this?

I have seen it mentioned about mystery parts. How do you get those? Randomly doing jobs to Casablanca?

With a full class 2 fleet at 16 even you can do at least 50,000 bucks extra per day than that, if you are set up half decently

Mind you, I guess how long you play for is a factor too.
