Yea the energy system needs to be removed I wish they would make a premium version as well I'm in the edge of deleting this I worked hard in pocket mine 2 I love that one, tablet mode and no cheating enemy's to magically come out of the blue and knock my health! Those enemy's were not needed they did this so u play in the mines less ! No I like 2 I recommend 2 until they remove that dang energy cap on 3 !
It can be frustrating, but you can still kill enemies without taking damage, even after the ! has disappeared. You can lure them to an explosion, or lure them to another enemy, and take a swipe at them while they are fighting. You can also dig past them altogether if they are stuck in a deepish hole.
Cloud saving It doesn't support iCloud, but you can recover your game progress if you write down your code/password (generated by the game). You can find them in the options menu.
That's good to know! I will feel comfortable investing in this game without concern of losing hard earned progress. Thanks
I reckon it was about time I get addicted to Pocket Mine again. Who knows how many hours I sunk into 1 & 2?! vmcw3504
Thanks for the replies! I dove in and ended up buying the energy IAP and playing for over two hours straight last night. Here we go again...
I'm having a hard time "crafting" new gear. I've spent a lot of tokens trying to get a better pickaxe, but all I get is the same rings, necklaces or boots. Edit: I also crafted a higher level gear that had worse attributes than its lower level version. Anybody else noticed that?
There's nothing to be done I'm afraid. I already tried everything with pocket mine 2 (check that game's thread. Been there, done that), but couldn't convince Roofdog. I guess it's against their gaming philosophy, so if you enjoy the game as it is, great. If not, move on
Deleted it The Freemium here is to strong enemies and punishing levels that come way to fast. They got rid of manually upgrading your pick in favor of a horrible gatcha mechanic. I gave it a solid chance but I hate it.
The enemies are pretty rough, specially when you are trying to get through your most difficult mine. They are much less of a danger when you return to those easier mines later. I had a bit of trouble with the monsters, so I equipped an item that let me see monsters before they were discovered. I added a load of armour items on too. Eventually I got the hang of predicting where they would be so I could quickly tap them when they appeared.
Played 1&2 way too much. This one actually adds a good bit of fun new mechanics... but the energy timer and cost of mines and 4 currencies needed for upgrades are too severe. A faster timer or tweaked dungeon costs would go a long way here. vxjc3935 please add
