Yeah I actually played the game a lot more with the original Dan because I loved using him so much. They should have just increased his gem cost to 100 (the only other expensive character is the guy that increases pick durability at 100 gems). That way people will want to buy him. At his current state, I'd say I would seriously consider other characters like rare artifact or the digging without an axe. I'm just really disappointed because it was a HUGE nerf and the character is pretty much completely different now. I only bought him before because I saw that potential. Now I somewhat regret it. He's still usable but now I'd rather be artifact hunting since the gains aren't that great.
Hey there, sorry it was rude of me too just say I'm unhappy without giving reasons. Now don't get me wrong, I still love the game overall, and pretty much all of my issues have already been brought up. My biggest issue was of course the Dan issue with grenades, but I can understand the changes made to him. The friend artifact requests and disappearing issue were just an annoyance...like 200 notification annoyance. Seeing some of the leaderboards and obvious cheaters were another issue, but that's every game. And more just a personal issue, I'm color blind and some of the gems are hard for me to differentiate Overall I love the game and support it wholeheartedly though!
Some of the gear say +2.5 seconds on pet. What is that? And what is, bombs have coal touch or metal touch?
I believe the pet just extends the duration of the pet that spawns if you have the power up. I'm actually not sure what the touch stuff is but I think it just drops random pieces of xx element when you hit a bomb? I never used that card or payed attention to it since its gains don't seem very special.
You all know from my posts that I use Dan a lot. I used him before the update and I continue using him a lot. At first, I was pissed off because of the changes, but now I think I prefer him as he is. Sure, the 2-grenade-per-crate was changed to a 2-grenade-per-hit-crate, which means there are less explosions, BUT one thing devs changed to out advantage was the damage taken. Before, every box destroyed meant 3-damage. Now, every box destroyed is 1-damage. Gaming and strategy wise, in my case, with a 145 hits pickaxe, I'm getting more or less to the same distances as before, I just have to think more about what box to hit. Tips that help: 1. Hit ALL the simple crates (the ones that have artifacts inside) as soon as you see them. They cost 0-damage to the pickaxe, and if you hit them you get 2 grenades. If they get destroyed by an explosion, you don't get grenades. 2. Since I guess you're with the 8-grenades per crate card, choose to hit the grenades when the rolling crates appear. Grenades always come just after the triangle, and it doesn't matter how far your character is from the crate. As long as you hit it on the correct spot, you'll get the grenades (rolling stops when you click on the crate, not when Dan hits it). 3. When there are grenades onscreen, don't hit any crates (except those of tip 1) because you get chain reactions many times. Those are the tips I follow, and I usually get quite far. And the game is so much smoother now. Before I suffered a lot of slowdowns with so many grenades onscreen.
Hi there, I wanted to ask what I can do about this spamming of requests. I have removed these people from my friends list, but they are still sending me requests. Some days I get over 100. Is a fix in the works?
Two questions: 1. Since I have my pick at 200 hits, is it worth it to keep leveling it up? Don't I only get 2 hits per upgrade now? 2. How do I pause the game while in progress? 3. Can some of the leaders post there level and pick strength so I can see how far behind I am compared to where they are on the map? (sorry, that was three)
I don't suggest presige unless you have lots of money saved to get your pick back leveled up. It even tells you how much you need, but makes it harder to earn more money with less pick hits. The arrow on the top right, swipe it over and there is the pause button. Level 66 210 hits. Dramlor on gamecenter
1. After you get to 200, you have to reset your pick to allow you to get to 210. I still have to get there, but the more hits, the deeper 2. Slide left the small arrows on the top-right side of the screen, click the pause button that appears. On the iPhone it's tricky due to the small size of the button. 3. Add me to your friend list (friend code in the MMO codes thread, I can't get it now), I'm amongst the high scores in all levels. That was with the pre-update Dan and 200 hit pick. With the post-update Dan and 145 hit pick, I'm getting between 100-150m less. I'll let you know where I get with a 210 hit pickĀ when I get to update it to 210
I didn't restart. I've finished all the current levels, but missing many objects. I reset the pick (prestige upgrade) to be able to take it to 210, nothing else
i dont like how I finished the **High Peaks** game in terms of reaching the required depth, however I cannot access the stage again to get all the artifacts (im missing only 2) can Roofdog update this so we can still pay the game up until we get all the artifacts? no friend will send me them as well i have tried several times. i am a completionist (i had all the artifacts in the PocketMine1) **Edited**
I didn't restart til i finished everything and had enough money to level it back up to almost 200. Not having max pick means less money so it made no sense to level it back to start until then.
Smart move... I was too idiot and reset my pick without enough bucks :-/ I'll bear it in mind next time though
The next update will add a daily limit for trade requests. People won't be able to "abuse" it anymore. We had a bug about the "unfriend". That's why you're still receiving trading requests now. Unfortunately, in your case, you'll have to re-add and re-unfriend those people to stop the trade requests from them.
