I assume you mis-typed, but artifacts are usually found in treasure crates (the unlabeled boxes), and not much in the chests (the ones that look like chests and require a key). I've found plenty of artifacts, glad the update fixed it for you. I've definitely gotten gold gear from a key chest with a default character.
Yes, I have a bad habit of interchanging chest and crates. I do realize the artifacts are in the crates and the keys open the chest. I was also probably half asleep when I wrote my original post. Heh
I've had gold gear and gold cards from chests, just VERY rarely . With knight penny and 40% rarer cards + 45% rarer gear but very very rare. Finished getting all the artifacts from the dungeons #1 ! Also finished dungeons #5 on first try with 15 hits left ! It was pretty cool
Yeap, very true. In fact, I've got 2 today. The most amazing part is that I was playing with my crate seeker, not with my chest seeker
They're a legendary gold level item, but the attributes will vary player to player (if it follows previous rewards).
No idea, but I just used 1.5m bank notes to upgrade my pick to a max. 230 hits and take it back to 218 hits. I don't have bank notes for more . Maybe the pick can get to 400, but it's going to be VERY expensive.
I have a 'friend' on PM2 with 270 pick hits. He's level 39, on the 11th island, and I believe, based on quick searches, 'spoofed' a lot of $ shortly after the game released with a now-patched loophole. I'm not sure if that's a prestige limit or a limit to his 'hack' attempt, but 270 hits is apparently possible. edit- (here's the boots I got, yours may vary)
To get to 270 hits you have to use a lot of millions... A lot. It's going to take some time, but hopefully we'll get there in a few... Years?
Ahhhhhh, tourist Tuesday... I love it! With the setup of the attached image and 2 playthroughs (costs 1 gem per play), I was able to finish my collection of fireworks
I loooove the new (android) update, the ability to visit friends and view their load ups and stats is a very very cool touch. Thank you. Those levels on the gears are great too. It'll be easier to get rid of stuff that's not as good. The new jelly mine is fun too.
A lot. I don't know exactly, but in 2 runs I've been able to get approx. 10-15 masks of each and manufacture the 2nd and 3rd stars of the fireworks, and I still have around 5-6 fireworks of each left. That possibly means around 60-65 artifacts per dig. The problem with that build is that the common objects become the rarest ones to find. For example, in the May Mine I've already achieved the 3 stars of the 2nd and 3rd bunch of artifacts (uncommon and rare?), but of the common artifacts I've only got 1 star. I usually play for artifacts first, and then I play for gold and common artifacts.
Biggest problem is the ruby stash... No custom... I'm missing one black dice for dices to be complete and the legendary are hard... If anyone wants to trade for other stuff ...pm me. Here's what I got.
Yeah, that artifact set is killer. Luckily I've hit that jackpot twice...but I have used up all my gems and I can't seem to finish that set. UGH!
I have six black dice, I don't have any of the stars from that group yet, so if you have a spare hunter dice that would be great, if not you can still have a black dice and just help me out in the future, if you PM me your friend code I'll send ASAP.
I have 9 8 4 7 7 so anything over 5 I can send Just send it to me I'll know it's you and send you stuff. Pm'ing you now.
New update is a bit epic. Creates a bit more lag for me, but it's fun. Switching back is like going down a mini-mine. (tablet mode disabled) The artifact crafting screen is zippy now (museum loading seems unchanged?). All that and a new island to boot. Every development team that isn't Roofdog Games is officially slacking. Really, you all do a stellar job at the PM2 team. UI feedback @devs: I find the landing screen cluttered compared to previous when it looked improved in balance and size. I would remove the greyed line with the "upcoming events" text - the greyed out event boxes and "starts in" timer communicate well enough that they are upcoming. I also find the boat friends icon (which I love!) to be a bit obsolete or redundant now that there is a home page for checking in on more information about friends; seems like it would be easy to merge the two. Consider that after my 50 invites are done, I don't need to look at what the rewards were in the future, at least not to the extent that they should take up that kind of front-page real estate. Perhaps re-imagine the boat as a special event and move the 'friends community' avatar to the center position. "Home" doesn't adequately convey what is behind that avatar to me; it doesn't function in the same way as android device, or browser "home" buttons.
