Is anyone else having trouble synching between devices (specifically synching new gear) since the update yesterday? I collected a legendary lv3 helmet last night or this morning on my iPad mini, but it isn't showing up in my iPhone. Gear seems to be the only thing I have issues with, progress, rubies,and cash seem to be synching.
Pretty sure demo Dan is better if you have gear that randomly drop precious ores. The more you destroy, the more ores appear. Plus you also gain more exp by destroying more blocks
Well then I'll have to try that as well. And while we have Devs here answering questions, do "more powerful explosions" affect bombs/grenades/explosive drills/dynamite/? (As I've seen cards specific to each of those...)

Did some quick calculations - if you're planning to do it more than a few times and are patient, buy cubes instead: the 100 gem option is 125% as many gears/gem.

When I load the game on ios only lucky hit shows, but when I load on android there's lucky hit, April mine and precious galore. It's happened everyday since I updated, Is it a bug syncing thing or a problem with my ipad?
It should be a refresh issue with the game. You don't see the special events (April and precious galore) upon booting the game, but if you go play a game (lucky hit or any adventure location) and come back to the main menu. Does it show the April mine?
I'll try that. I didn't wanna actually play anything in case it was a sync thing, I'm kinda nervous after losing gems a while back.

You have to buy the Big or Huge packs to beat the Legendary Hit (10 per gold gear) As for buying cards, you come out ahead if you get at least 2 gold cards, or 1 gold/2 purple/2 blue (3200 cubes for 40 gems = 4 gear for 40 gems or 10 gems per gear.
my $.02 on tapjoy: I've collected 145 rubies from tapjoy offers (excluding the 'watcha a video' box in the game), ranging from 1 to 58 rubies a pop. That in a week or so. There are clearly options available which seem sketchy, and must be done with care (to avoid winding up on mailing lists, most likely). That's the key for me, just being smart about what I do and accepting that some are not worth the effort. Many surveys across the internet take your time before finally spitting back 'don't qualify' to avoid paying; and some apps have wanted to download directly bypassing the appstore (where I check reviews for malware issues before dl'ing). Some sites will 'break' right at the end, after you've given information. Essentially, this stuff is everywhere on the net, and navigating it is a skill. So, I take a screenshot at the end screens of whatever ad or survey, screen shot after a few minutes of in-app progress (best with a timer, like a recent jigsaw app had). It's easy to submit a support ticket immediately (or the next day, or w/e), and I've received an email within 24hr of each of 5-7 help requests, shot back the screen shot or email confirmation, every reward has shown up within 24hrs of that. Really no issues. I tried a quote for 100+ rubies that "broke" on the last page after 5 minutes of info gathering, and while I wanted TJ to hook me up, it was clear that the offer page 'broke' and thus the task wasn't completed, though it seemed like scammy bs. Can't blame TapJoy for that. tl;dr Glad this is an option for free-gamers, but be cautious and aware.
I've gotten about 300 rubies from downloading and running games. Most of those were gotten in the first few days, every now and then I'll try a survey but if they ask for my address or phone number I don't bother. I just want to add that if you are downloading and running the games, be careful if there a children around you, I had a horrible experience yesterday in where I opened a game (that's meant to be suitable for kids I might add) and a explicit pornographic advert was on show! My ten year old daughter saw this as she was watching me play pocket mine over my shoulder and while she knows about sex and all that malarkey she was upset at what she saw. I've trying to find the right channels to notify people, but to be honest I have no idea who that would be, if it's google play, the games dev, or whoever provides the ads. I'm hoping it's just a mistake and something went wrong with the ad company and not an actual intentional thing. I feel a bit silly too as I always always go on about many parents just handing their kids these devices without having knowledge how to stop their kids from viewing inappropriate things, and then I've messed up and exposed my daughter to it. I'm angry with myself more than anything.
The observatory level is cool, it's gonna be a tricky one to beat I think though. I've only done level one so far with zero hits left. I had dan with the money set up though so will have to change it for explosions. Oooohhh a new block and card too. Feels like Xmas The new ruby stash artifacts, can they only be gotten from playing ruby stash mine or will they appear all over. It'll be really pricey if they only appear in ruby stash as it's 5 Ruby's per go.
