I'm going to guess: No. It would've been coming out on the 12th of July, if they had submitted on the 28th of June as planned. However, since it was submitted on the night of the 3rd, I assume it will be available around the 17/18th. I would prefer it to be accepted sooner than later, obviously, but I just wanted to point out that my guess is that that estimate is based on a prior announced deadline that was pushed a few days. UPDATE: Actually, the dev blog itself announces a release date of the 12th!
I'd honestly recommend against an Android version and to instead spend that time improving this version. As you can see, MikaMobile, who has had huge success with Zombieville 1/2 and Battleheart, has dropped Android development: http://mikamobile.blogspot.com/2012/03/our-future-with-android.html It just doesn't seem practical, unless it is really easy to do, or unless the Android version is very profitable compared to spending that time improving and expanding upon the iPhone version.

Hahah, you literally beat me here by about 2 minutes. I was just about to say: Pocket Heroes is Launching this Thursday, July 12th! Yes we are supporting iOS 4.1 and greater. We were able to test on a 2nd Gen iPod Touch running iOS 4.1 and the game worked great. If you, or anyone, have any trouble just let me know and we'll try to track down the problem.
I am soooo excited. Already alerted many friends. I have soooo many questions about the game now it's finally done but I think I'll just wait to try it out by myself.

It is all online. Right now you can invite people through Game Center or email. We were close to finishing up random games but had to drop it to hit the launch date, it will be coming soon in an update.
