Hey everyone!

I wanted to let you all know that I just posted an update on our blog that outlines all the changes we've made in the first update ( 1.0.2 ). It's been in Apple's hands for almost a week now so hopefully it will be released very soon.

I also wanted to let you know that in this post I mention the 'single player' bug that 2gofast described and I'm not going to 'fix' it. I know that some people are having trouble playing the game multiplayer and if you're interested in just playing the game as two characters I'm not going to stop you.

We didn't intend to include this functionality because each turn hits our servers and those are costs that we have to incur but I want all of you to be able to play through the game and if you find the best way to do this is playing two characters then more power to you.

Let me know what you think about the post. I'm already working on the next update so if you see additional items that aren't on that list let me know so I can get them in the queue.

Wait, I thought this was a multiplayer only game?

 

It is... but there's a bug where you can invite yourself to play in a party, so you can go play with yourself if the multiplayer option isn't panning out for you. If you choose to do this, Brandon isn't going to stop you.

 

Should I get this? Have the issues that were stated previously during release been solved?

 

can someone add me to a party? my gc is chang300. for some reason the game crashes whenever i try to add someone. maybe its cuz the 2nd gen ipod sucks too much

 

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the invites. Does it crash when you hit start on the party screen or is it when you try to add someone from the email or game center list?

We are now at the quest with the time stone where we have to unlock the sealed
Door. We tried many different things
But we couldn't figure out how to open the door. Can someone give us some hints to get pass this?

 

Oh yeah, I've been experiencing that crash whilst trying to invite someone from the GC/email list on my 2nd gen as well. Sorry that I didn't mention it earlier, lol

 

Hey how do i go about resetting my password? I logged out and am not able to get back in to my games..

 

Are you running ios 4.2.1? My buddy has that exact same problem and he's running 4.2.1

 

yup im running 4.2.1 2nd gen. seems like nfong is having similar problems too

Does the door have two keyholes; one on either side? If so you'll need to search the level for the two keys and then interact with the locks before you can open the door.

 

Looks like all the reports we've had on this are for 4.2.1. That definitely helps, I'll find some way to get that OS on a device at the office.

Everyone seems to have stopped playing their games... or is waiting. Afterall, all it takes is one break in the link or for someone to just delete the game and it's all for nothing.

i know what you mean. i have about 20 games on list with maybe 5 being somewhat active on a daily basis. all it takes is one person to decide this isn't for them and that game is dead in the water. there should be a way to kick a person out of the group after so many days of inactivity so that those active can continue without starting over.
