I believe I've found a bug. When trying to log in to the same account on another device, it just gives the generic error "Login Problem". It would be nice to be able to continue the same games on both my iPad and iPod...
If you don't like the idea, then don't play. No one's making you... Seems like quite a lot of other people like the game concept.
I messed up when I enter my password in account creation and now I can't log back into my account, any advice what can I do ??
THANK YOU for mentioning this. I had been on the fence about getting this title, I mean for a dollar it's hard to go wrong, but I was not aware at all you needed to play with others directly (no random matching or online lobbies) or even just a solo game. I'm right there with you on the opinion too, a game shouldn't be tied to multiplayer only in some fashion.
It's really not, unless you're just sitting there waiting for your turn to come around. I'm generally doing something else and playing this on the side. If it's not your thing, it's not your thing. I can't see the interest and hype of a game like Tiny Tower, but I don't begrudge it to those who enjoy it. This is essentially intended to be a virtual D&D board, meant to be enjoyed by a group of people. It's like complaining that left 4 dead has no single player mode.
That's working for me - I've got the same games on my iPad and iPhone and have no trouble switching between them (though it's funny, each device notes the last place you were at on it, so it'll replay the whole game from that point when you take your turn). Try re-logging into your first device, or send Brandon a PM with your account info if you're locked out due to a password thing.
Really needs a random game option. Even Diablo3 has a random game option. Practically every game out there has random matchmaking. I hate Game Center. I can't sort out my pocket heroes friends and can't be bothered trying to convince them to buy this game. Fix this.
The people complaining about multiplayer only clearly don't understand this is meant to be digital D&D. It would actually be a poor game solo. I just wish it had the option to join/start random games.
really up in the air on this one. its getting good reviews on itunes.. I wouldn't have any friends to play with tho.
Hi guys, I just gotten this game and I'm looking for some pole to party with! Drop me a pm with your emails and I'll add you guys up!
There are a lot of confused people in this thread. Methinks if they had priced the game at $4.99 people might stop to read what this game is all about and think twice about whether it is for them or not. Instead people are just jumping on for $0.99 and then realizing it's not quite what they are looking for. Turn-based async games without inactivity penalties and random matchmaking really don't mix. Async games are for people who like the experience of taking their time over the course of days and weeks, thinking things through and dipping in a few times a day to take a turn or two. It's slow-gaming. Async games are not for people who always want their foot on the gas and want to go Go GO! It's just a different approach and if you are going to enjoy it, you have to like it for what it is or it will frustrate you.
Works fine for me (iPad and iPhone). The only thin I noticed is that after installing it in iPad I lost iPhone notifications (but I can play there just refreshing). A simple log out and log in in iPhone solved the problem.
- want to delete game - chat before entering game - see all the players in game - put a time limit for play GC : levieux
