There is GIMP which is free to download and works great. There is also a good online image editing tool called Sumo Paint.
Here is some clarification, we want everyone to be involved, so we will look to ship whereever the winner is located. if you have a facebook accuont, the best way to submit is by joining our group and adding it to the gallery, check out instructions on blog. Second way is to email to [email protected] I think there is an online photoshop as well, it has most of the normal photoshop tools in it.
