lol, thanks guys. it really makes us feel good to have you guys do that. When we created the game, we didnt even expect to hit the top 50 much less stay at the #1 spot for 2 and a half weeks. Everyone here at touch arcade, our blogs, facebook, all the you tube reviewers, we really appreciate everything you've done for us. We couldnt have done it without you. In a way, dropping down relieves a lot of presure for us, we were both checking the stats page every 5 minutes and stressing anytime we saw another app start to make its way toward the top. Especially yesterday and today, we could both feel it was close and we were working around the clock to try and get just a little more publicity that could prop us up over the weekend. Now at least, we know how long our run has been and we can focus on just making the game good and adding new updates. Both Allan and I have been developing for a long time, but this experience has really taught us a lot in terms of how to market an app and create a community. About the future, we have no idea how long we will decay, whether or not we will jump up again, or wether we can fit into a nice comfortable spot like Touch Grind. Our sales had a massive spike when we first beat iDracula but its been slowly decaying over the last 2 weeks. We're going to try our hardest to find a long term spot in the top 10 or top 20. We still have lots of ideas for the game and its still really fun to develop. Our figures have been printed and they are arriving tomorrow, hopefully we dont get any problems with fedex and I can post a pic as soon as they come in. Our Hurricane update should be live tomorrow, Allan is working hard on finishing a animated short about pocket god that is hilarious, we still have lots to do and lots to show everyone. Thanks again, I feel like we are a really big team that are all working together toward a common goal.
Thanks for creating a great game, dave (and allen) this deserves to stay in the top 20 for the next 200 years! Great game, can't wait until tomorrow! Oh and by the way, is the animated tree in the hurricane update?

hehehe, when i was little, my friend and i ordered p*** magz and told the company to ship it to an old grannie s house in the neighbourhood. she just thought it was spam and threw them in the paper recyling bin. and every week we would wait when she dumps her paper out and get the mag. so we avoided paying AND hiding from parents how evil and sneaky eh

problem. has anyone try throwing the shark on the nice pygmy's head (dropping the shark when above the pygmy) when there's a vampire pygmy running around. my iphone freezes and goes back to the menu. tried it three times and it freezes and goes back to the menu.
Basketball will be forgotten long before the 6th of April, Pocket God will rise again! (It might need more of a gaming element to get adopted by an even wider audience and to get a new wave of reviews, but it will get there )
Now that would be genius! (With live streaming of the games in a corner of the screen) Seriously, a special edition basketball feature ONLY available between now and the 6th of April would put PG back on top! Couldn't replicate the shark/pygmy/vampire bug 21duc29... I'm probably not quick enough!
When the pygmy gets bitten wait and drag the shark overhead, then add the pygmies (the shark might be above the pygmies) and drop the shark from where it was held but drop quickly before the pygmy vampire comes...
