that reminds me so, i noticed a couple of things... i can't load llurgy or pc in the friends viewing area without it locking up my pf game. wth is that about? they still playing? i sent froglets okay but can't view their habs. also, if you want random acts of gifting from me add me (ashpupp) and i'll get the notice and add you ... i notice lots of newbies which is fine but i'm only interesting if gifting to people who make the effort not of returning gifts necessarily though they are not unwanted but of following simply because it's easier for me. as i mentioned i don't know how active i'll be but for the oldies for sure... newbies i'll work you in as energy permits. i hope that doesn't sound too irritable as it's not meant to be. i just have a lot on my shrinking plate and i'm not likely to go looking unless you come calling. sounds like the start of a very bad limerick. shasta ... out.
You probably can't view their habs because they never updated to the latest version of PF, which means that they're probably no longer playing

Add me in to the "explain the color wheel". I think I understand it as one of each color within a specific species (so 23 frogs). Also within that you have one of each subpattern (with 7 duplicates) this means you have the ingredients to "bounce off" and get all the possible outcomes (with enough combines) and you never need to keep any of the results.
K, I think I get it. I have all base colors and all secondary colors spread out over frogs from lvl 1 through lvl 6. I keep at least 1 copy of every frog pattern. When i need a specific frog, all I do is breed primary color with secondary color and then breed that with desired pattern. No catalog or cloning necessary ever. Is color wheel better? Faster? My main goal is to get to 5k frogs in dex without getting 100% in any more patterns. I count on getting bonus dex frogs by accident while breeding for specific frogs. My way seems fine, but I am willing to try anything to improve my results. Anyone have any other imput? Thanks

Thank you for the advice on the 4G iPod, I thought it looked rather delicate in the photos I had seen. I may wait for 5G as well. My iPod 2G can get rather warm when charging or near the end of a battery cycle. I try to let it cool off some, if necessary. Thanks also for the advice on Plus+ and GC. I agree, it makes sense to set up an account with no payment info to keep kids from ordering oodles of smurfberries, etc. It is also a good idea to prevent unintended ordering for adults too. I do not use game center as I decided to stay with iOS 3.x. Had read too many reports of unresolved issues of decreased battery life and slow performance with iOS 4.x on the older devices. Thank you,

Don't they care that they are distracting me from a worthy & valuable pursuit? Have been ignoring my breeding & gifting as I read voraciously from the NYTimes, Politico, The Washington Post, BBC (they wonder if we're bloody daft), Le Monde (they're muttering "Fous! Ils sont tous fous!"), etc. p.s.: Thanks to Shashta, Dom, Andi, & Snappy. Hope I didn't miss anyone but if I did, blame it on the "fous."
That's pretty much the way I dex except for one exception. Instead of breeding to get the primary and secondary colors (then breeding with the desired pattern), I find it much faster and easier to just clone an Anura with the correct two colors, then breed it with the desired pattern. It only costs 480 coins and takes 1 stamp worth of delivery time. That way you don't have to hope you get the right combo when you breed. That's just my two cents. This of course means you should have 100% Anura but I think that's agreed upon on this thread as the must-have first step.

I will chime in on at least the launch 4g ipod. I got one for my daughter and within 2 weeks the screen had cracked in MY pocket. Talk about having to do some explaining... I didn't do anything unusual but I think it was just much more prone to cracking with pressure than the old version (which she and her brother have thrown many times without a problem). I was able to exchange it for a new one but definitely won't be putting it in a pocket!
Hah! Reminds me of the 1g nano fiasco. You'd think they would learn. Apple is more or at least as dense as microsoft. Yes, mine has had fracture in glass for some time now but since I knew they would replace I figured I'd wait as close to sept as I could stand. It's like getting new present twice. Who knows maybe I'll even talk them into a 5g upgrade though I'd have to shell out for apple care to extend the warranty and then hope poor soul would take pity on me which is probably too much to hope.
