Having trouble with my froggies; I think something has become corrupted in the 'weekly sets' portion. I keep getting thrown out of the game. Have tried syncing to iTunes, with no success, and am starting to think I may need to delete and reinstall. Does anyone know what I might lose by doing this? Ideas, tips? Any help would be appreciated as I can't get this week's set, not even sure if the last one redeemed properly, as that was when the trouble started... Would be annoyed to lose my history of completed sets, as I have done every one, but I suppose that's a minor PITA compared to what's happening at the moment.
Other people have reported the same issue over in the main Pocket Frogs thread, so I don't think its just you. I don't have a problem viewing the sets, so I have no idea whats going on for people.
Well that is good to know! I will hold off for a little bit and see if it rights itself, before I go down the route of deleting and reinstalling the game. I've done everything else I can short of that, with no success. Could be worse, just really annoying, and I will miss the set this week if I don't get it sorted, one way or another. Thanks.
Hey Andinz, I looked at twitter and @eeen (Ian Marsh) said to someone that its a known problem and requires a reinstall. As long as you're logged into plus+, you should be fine.
Dom, If you have either a yellow or a viola Ocularis I would appreciate it. It would make fulfilling a reward easier. TIA. And thanks for the Ocularis you've already sent, I'll send them on to lisianne. (If that's okay with you, lisianne)

Dunno about this glitch for it's probably the only one I haven't suffered from. Yet. Anyway, prior to uninstalling, I logged into the Plus+ network just to be sure. Then I uninstalled & reinstalled. It balked at my user password so I had to have them send me an email so I could change it to the same thing! No list of Sets completed were lost. I did lose the Request for the frog I was planning for stamps, however. All else was the same. Frogs in mb were still there. It didn't solve the problem of lost frogs which never made it to mb, which was a major reason for uninstalling, & I haven't been able to tell if that problem has been fixed yet.
Can you spare a ludo? It is time to breed level 5 frogs...starting with ludo, which I don't have many of. If you can spare one I would appreciate it. Also, let me know if you see anything in my habitat that you could use Make it a good day froggers!
I think Ludo is lvl4. I am cooking up a biege picea and a orange bruna 4 u and will send them along soon. P.S. Nice set up u have, i really like the way u place scenery. P.P.S.S. Please dont send me any frogs, save them 4 someone who needs them more. Thx.
This exact same thing happened to me. I tried to view the new set Wed night and it booted me from the game. When I reopened and tried to view the set again, I was booted yet again. After several more times to confirm, I uninstalled and reinstalled, after which everything was restored and no more problems. As suggested already on this thread, sign out and sign in again right before you uninstall/reinstall and you should be fine. I will send you the set, a Ludo and several level 5 frogs.
Thanks soooooooo much for the Pingo, Dom. It's now happily residing in my mb awaiting the right time to make its grand entrance. It took a bit of doing & selling some incoming frogs, however. Now my mb is again usable. All frogs accounted for, one way or the other. So sorry that many of you are experiencing the Set problem this week. If you want to look on the bright side, you now will know that uninstalling/reinstalling is no big deal. Guess that's a plus (not a Plus+). Anyway, thanks to all the gifts from you guys, I've reached Level 24! Less than dean's Level written with the numerals reversed, but still one I'm proud of. Don't think I get more stamps/potions at this Level but I'm half way there. p.s.: Thanks today (or maybe it was late yesterday, who cares) to Dom & Nirtew. I'll resume my ability to receive gifts after this message from our sponsor. What? There is no message from our sponsor? Well then, I'm up for anything but extreme floods.
Thanks guys for the frogs! I was able to reach level 11 so anything 11 and above would be great. Plus, if anyone has the newest weekly set, I will gladly take them and possibly send them on. Thanks in advance!
