I know this isn't really related to trading but is there a place where i can find a Good Pocket Frogs guide?
I got an answer from nimblebit about my missing frogs. They said any frogs bred before the dex update came out, you didn't get credit for.
Well I just have some questions about how to get money fast, organization, and how to know what frogs to keep in the habitats.
Inky, when was this dex update? I have been playing since September and not aware of "losing" any frogs.
By "dex update" i meant the update where the dex was introduced. (sorry for any confusion.) I don't remember when the dex was first introduced. Any frog bred before the dex was part of the game was never added retroactively, so my "missing" frog was never part of the dex to begin with. If you re-bred any frogs after the dex was introduced then they got added. I must have completed some awards before the dex existed which would explain how I have the bacon bits award but the maroon ceres marmorea is not credited in the dex.
OK, I understand what you mean. Chances are the same thing happened to me (and everyone else that started playing soon after the release) and I just never realized it. What a pain.
Well there is no guide for what you are looking for. The quickest way to build your money stash is to take you two highest value frogs, breed them, let the eggs mature, and then sell them. Do this over and over until you raise the funds you need. You can use potions to speed up the maturing but that can get real world money expensive. You can take a frog to the pond as soon as it's hatched. Every fly caught speeds up the mature time but the smaller frog makes catching flies a challenge. As far as organization and what frogs to keep, well, that's a personal preference. I'm sure no two players have kept the same exact frogs. And the frogs you keep in your habs (your strategy if you will) changes as you move through the levels, as well as by what you are trying to accomplish, i.e. The dex vs. awards. You probably should keep one of every primary color and one of every secondary color in your habs in various breeds. This way you will always be able to create what color combo you need at any given moment. The breeds are up to you. There is no master plan that all the high level people have the exact same frogs catalogued or even the same breeds, it's part of the game to figure out what works for you. Not exactly the answer you were looking for but I hope it helps a little.

Sell it. You need the room. Catalogue it first if you can. Go to the menu and it's in the upper left corner. You do have to tame it first. Two cents
Lezlie31, Hey could you check one of you kids plus ID to see if they can add a personalised avatar. I am assuming one of them is likely under 13. I am working with plus to see why I don't have that option. So far we think somehow when the account (mine) was created it was inadvertly set to under 13 birthdate. Considering I have a mattress older than that it's a bit silly. Anyhow, when you check does it offer the option then when chosen tell you that it's blocked or does it not show the option at all? Okay when you're OCD causes you to breed a froglet to complete a set for someone else w/o them knowing. Is that crazy? ribbit. Craftyweasel I dont know if you realised this or if you had gifted it out or what but you were short the spinea in cocos callania. You needed it to complete all 43. Took me a bit to figure out why you didn't have 43. See 43 is complete. Hmm, I wonder if pf should come with mental health warnings! lolololololol.
