Once your mailbox has space it will show up again! Sometimes it may take a while though. If you need any other frogs let me know.
You can always accept it and it will keep reminding you until there is room. This way you do not lose it.

I did spring for the Express Mailbox & the Baby Proofing tho' I didn't really need the latter. Honestly, without the EM, I'd probably not still be playing. As is, things go very slow in my mailbox for I hate to use any stamps on myself (only for gifting) - they are too hard to find, too precious & I draw the line at buying a "disposable" feature of this game. An additional or Express habitat might tempt me, however. The few potions I use (I have a huge supply in reserve) are to determine, if I have no other way or I am too rushed, if the egg is the froglet/frog I was hoping to breed. Never checked out the Leaderboard, not even sure where it is. Don't have the time or dedication to compete which is why I like this game vs. others where competition, speed, cunning, skill, whatever are the keys & winning is all. For me, this is as much the online community as the actual game. Lisi
