Yes I find this too. It seems like one day I will find more potions, another it will be stamps and always when my mailbox is full I find NEW frogs that I can't accept. Or so it seems :)

  2. Well sleeping seems to be out tonight even with inducement. Heh. Well, normally I find about 3 times the potions to stamps but today or tonight, I have found just under 75 stamps but only 15 potions. Still not bad but I've been potion crazy lately as a way to reduce stress over them. But as irony would have now I can't find potions! Well not 'enough' to sate my froglet frenzy. Sadly, I'm going to have to slow down on breeding or spend more time in pond which currently just doesn't suit me. Since I have exprss mb I'd prefer to find potions. Anyhow, I know the pond is fickle. It just never has been this stubborn when giving so many stamps to not find as many if not more potions. I suppose there are worse things  ribbit.

Good morning all. Seems like it was a busy "night".
Thank you twink, lisi, sabnetang, Inky and Liz for all the beautiful frogs yesterday.
Reading thru the post since last on and someone asked about the followers list and not sure if it was answered (still on first cup of coffee). There is no way to "unfollower" someone that I know. A couple of months ago we tried several things to do this and nothing worked.

Shasta, you do know that the chroma and glass 'mutations' don't always happen, right?

What I mean is, you could have put that colour combo together with two other frogs (or one of the pair you were using and a different frog the same as the one you were trying to breed it with) and you could get the frog you wanted.

It seems you get a glass or chroma frog when both parents have the glass or chroma 'gene' set to ON.

@ Bully4U: Thank you for the collection of beige roboris (roborises? Roborisi?)! They have been a huge help to my froggydex. :)

I think there are various web pages that tell you the different frog combinations to breed in order to obtain glass or chroma frogs. Shasta you could try pocket frogs wiki but I'm sure there are others too.

I've sent you an assortment of frogs. Enjoy!

  11. Thanks peeps, maybe I wasn't clear. Obviously I wasn't. I was going for the gold tingo insero. I bred with maroon tingo anura with gold aurum insero. Seemed like it would be simple enough but when crossed there is no gold tingo. Now maybe it's not always that way but every time I tried to breed it was. I didn't look at the breeding froglets until I had gone through two dozen egglets. Then I noticed it wasn't even an outcome. So I changed my red carota Anura to a red tingo Anura and it bred the gold tingo insero. I just forget to look for the combo before breeding. When I was breeding in sets it was never an issue. But this rainbow deal is temperamental hence why if I get back to breeding sometime it's likely I'll go back to my previous method though I see the bonus of potentially breeding more at once I find it's too chaotic for my taste. That's just me 

@Dean, yes someone pointed that out. I forget who. It's too bad--maybe they will change that some day.

I had the froggydex but it has inconsistencies and is out of date as lis pointed out. My experience is much the same with google doc dexes. If peeps really go for this I'd suggest you limit who can post to it otherwise it may become a mess.

Right now I'm just maintaining until life rights itself.

My experience is that, since the update, I have found zero stamps & zero frogs in the pond. Lots & lots of coins, a few bits of scenery, a couple of low level frogs. Along with the "Frog" for "Potions" deal in the Mart, I'm wondering if this isn't a way to get users to purchase more.

PF would still be better than "free" games which only allow one to get to a certain level or block critical features. Still, it would be sad, particularly for the newer users who haven't saved potions or stamps to breed or gift as freely as they might like. Then again, I could be mistaken about the scarcity of those commodities.

Thanks x 4 to sab who brightened my day with some extraordinary gifts. Wanting to send you what you need or want but never know what it is. Please check my habs & let me know otherwise I'll send some stuff your way based on price or what I *think* you may want later today.

C'mon, guys, isn't anyone willing/interested/able to set up and/or participate in a "Shared PF Value" spreadsheet on Google Docs? As I said, I'm willing to set it up but don't have the time to oversee it.

I have been finding that if my frog i send to the pond is not 100% happy i get the gifts very quickly in rapid succession but once it is full happy the pond goes back to being stingy. This is the reason also for my racing question as it seems that is the best way to get an unhappy frog without making a whole habitat full of them. All this started when the sale of potions started but its probably just my imagination.

I love conspiracy theories though :)

I'm really falling in love with this racing thing. I wish we could actually give names to our frogs :)

Totally agree. The people enabled to share with editing privileges (vs. sharing with read-only rights) should be limited to the highest level PF addicts & thus greatest knowledge of frog value plus the strongest incentive to be meticulously accurate in their postings. In addition, it should also include individuals who participate actively in this thread or in the general PF Community.

This would & should exclude me for my 8% dex & just beginning Level 18. I love the game but don't have the time to breed in anything but a catch-as-catch-can manner.

Maybe it could begin with a couple of "volunteers" who fit the description & expand a small bit from there.

    Anyone interested?

I have narrowed down the fact that my friends disappear from Plus+ when I turn off Pocket Frogs or turn off my iPad :( :(
I am getting a bit leery of adding people back on now.

Congrats! It really is nice to see that people haven't gotten bored of a game even after playing it for so long.
