Lisianne-are you ok? I hope paddy has not caused you great harm. I figured he was burnt out and caused no harm to anyone. Otherwise, I would have placed him in lockdown. So it is safe to say he will not be at the game on Wednesday night. I did not think it would be a good idea for him to hang with us anyway but he kept insisting.

I actually have been doing this for some time now (ask Cyg! I tried to get others to do the same!) and if nothing else gives me direction in the pond! But whether it is the froggies pointing to the presents or the random appearance of presents naturally, it is a way to scour the pond with SOME kind of direction!

Whew! Paddy is in a (drug-induced, OK, OK, so I did it...) deep sleep for now. He should be awakening some time tomorrow. Meanwhile, I had told him NO booze & he seemed amenable to that. The problem was that he wanted a non-alcoholic beverage to, ya know, tide him over. What I didn't know was that he wanted to use the eggs in the nursery to make an egg nog! Took some doing on my part to tear him away from those poor, unhatched froglets but I prevailed. Then he went after the not-yet-adult frogs. Doesn't he know about the consequences of DUI (desiring underage infants)? It was all I could do to calm him down with promises of Scotch (I meant "tape," but he's so bleepin' stupid). Since I foiled that plan by adhering to my principles & sticking to my guns, he tried several times to trash the nursery. But I'm wily! I used hopnotism to calm the savage beast in him & now, thanks to the miracles of modern medicine, sometime tomorrow he'll face the brute reality of MY 12 step plan. To be continued... Meanwhile I have the Orange Tingo Ornatus (part of this week's set) to send to some needy soul before Paddy's will (& the dawn) break.

Thanks! We tried a japineese restaurant and it turned put to be the best choice!!! They actually cooked for us at our table!!! He even let my daughter wear his cooks hat and hold his cooking utensils! Awesome! Just Awesome! I'll post pics tomorrow.
