Glad you are ok. I have been watching the rescue efforts on the news and I hoped you were out of it. Hope all your friends and family are safe too.
Hey guys, thanks, I should have posted here a bit sooner to let you know we are fine, saved you any worry! I am nowhere near Christchurch, and have no family there. My boy has a cousin there, but he and his family are fine. Just wish the whole city could say the same again this time, as they could after the big shake back in September. Unfortunately, this time, buildings that were damaged in that earthquake - and the continuing aftershocks ever since - have collapsed due to the power of the latest quake. Also, this happened around 1pm on a weekday, whereas the last one was at 4am when most folk were at home in bed, not at work, or shopping, or having a bit of lunch. I live a bit north of Wellington, which is a well known quake zone, but Christchurch had no history until just recently. But we do live in the Pacific Rim, and I guess we have to realise that any part of our country is at risk. Paddy seems quite depressed by what he's seen already, and muttered something about needing a drink... I think he was on his way back to the pub. I'll drag him out soon, and see if he needs sobering up.
Paddy in a pub, guess he has been to see BT. Every time a frog goes to BT he comes back wasted At least I hope BT kept him out the water, probably not to many people want to see a snake swimming around. BTW Inky thanks for doing the game this time.
Andi, glad you are safe. It noticed that you are doing inseros next. I have just about completed the inseros so if you need any particular colours let me know.
Edit, what edit I was wondering if anyone noticed it before I got it changed. Brain and fingers are not in sync.
Thanks so much to Devon(some number with 3-4 digits, I think) who sent me all four frogs for this weeks set. The good news, I received them- the bad, my friend (soon to be ex-friend) to whom I was showing PF & who was playing it on my iPhone, didn't know what the messages were which popped up sold the sagitta & partiri thinking they weren't worth much money. Lucky it wasn't Paddy! I will breed them myself in earnest once my "stamp redemption" frog as well as his not-the-right-frog cousins are fully grown. Meanwhile, I looked for Devon???-? in my neighborhood to send him offerings of thanks but he's not there. If you're a lurker here, Devon, please send me a private message so I can thank you properly or add me so I can thank you in the proper PF way.
Andi, thank you for the frog. Can you believe that with all the frogs I have , that was the first green insero for me. Must have never seen one in the pond.
I was going to offer to send you this weeks set then I read this post. Then I finished reading this post, so now I will offer again. The frogs are currently in my mailbox but as soon as I redeem them I will send them on to you.
I also have 1000+ potions (none bought) but you have way more stamps. Since I like sending frog gifts, I've been trying to obtain as many as I can but it seems easier to get potions. Btw, what is your Plus+ ID?
