Hello Everyone. I hope someone here can help me. I've not been on the forums in a little bit. So I used to have the very first generation iphone which I started my pocket frogs on. Yesterday, I got the iphone 3GS. I made a back up of my old iphone and then copied that to my new phone. However, I'm now missing almost my entire froggydex. Has anyone had this happen to them? I am only showing 11 types of breeds. Then, all of my colors that I had are missing. I only show 4 out of 368 anura's that I have collected. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Erica
Did you ever have a Plus+ account? If so, in theory, you may be able to get it back by logging on with same account again. If that doesn't work & you have a Plus+ account, you should be able to delete the game, d/l & reinstall but with same user name, then log in to your Plus+ account & things should be restored. Again, in theory. I'm not a PF guru & this might not be the correct answer but you can try - after all, you do have the backup. Or wait until someone who knows more than me replies - this is just what I'd do. You might have luck finding an answer from the devs in this TouchArcade forum: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=66991&page=374 since this is a "trading" thread which the devs may or may not follow on a regular basis.
