I dont mind the normal ones, bit the albinos really creep me out. Oh, and can't stand ball pythons, either. They look like they once had legs that were then pinched off. My son had one and it was icky and MEAN. Red tailed boas are sweeties, tho.

Thanks for the Ornatus, and Arbor I just received but accepted to fast to see who sent them. I do appreciate it and will be a little slower on the trigger in the future.

Yes, the albinos have red eyes. eeeeek I can picture a typical boa (not sure what breed it is). I didn't realize there were so many breeds. Mean? I have to look this up now. lol

My plan is to raise him another year or so and sell him for a few grand then start all over. He's super cute. The kids won't be allowed to hold him when he gets too strong. As long as you handle them alot they get used to your touch and realize your not a threat. They also smell you and know you don't smell like rodents.

The ornatus was me, you're welcome! I sometimes accept gifts w/o seeing who they're from, too. It's easy to do if you're hopping around in the pond.

We got the boa because of their awesome temperament. We were gonna get the ball python until they said they were aggressive.

Oh he isn't enormous. I was thinking of a HUGE snake. OMG I didn't realize they cost that much. Who buys the big ones that can squeeze you? That guy doesn't look like he is strong enough to do damage but then again as long as you keep him full.......

Wait maybe I am thinking of a python. I think it's a pythons face that creeps me out. I'm all confused now but I know the girl in college had an albino something with redish eyes and she had him around her neck. It was bigger that that guy.

Yes, the one we had was super aggressive. He even broke the glass by striking at it!

If I'm not mistaken they also constrict. But they all have teeth and can bite.

They use their teeth to help the food down their mouths and throats

I just looked up a ball python. Now I think that is what that girl in college had. Bc the albino ones look like hers did. I can't believe those things can bite. I'm never going to sleep tonight. Google images just did major damage. There are even some ball pythons that are part white.
