We're in Batavia, straight west of the city. We haven't left the house but to let the dogs out. Snow is drifting the doors shut so we gotta start moving it! It is so windy I don't want to go out! I heard all of the roads are "closed" and lake county is issuing tickets for anyone caught on the road!
I'm here. They lifted our travel restrictions this morning and I thought I might have to go into work this afternoon so I was out trying to clean my driveway. I just got a call saying that they closed the highway again bc of all the wrecks so I will be home all day.
I'm IN the city. They shut down Lake Shore Drive, people have left their cars, it's insane. I just took my dog out and he sunk. It's like a ghost town and still snowing! No plows just PILES of snow!
