That's 3 tech support already. PlusNetwork didn't have a say on it and advised me to contact Nimblebit which I followed. I am waiting now for Nimblebit's response and also from the person u referred to.

I was sending frogs as gifts to you guys and then reset my iPhone.
When it turned on and I started playing Pocketfrogs, voila. The messed up habitats and 900million coins. Beats me really.

 

Yeah!! I guess my iPhone and Pocketfrogs didn't like it when I haven't been receiving the MOLE etc. and being ignored. My Pocketfrogs way of boycott. LOL.

 

Is there any thing I can send you to ease your pain? I am at level 21.

Whahooooo although I didn't help. What breed is next? Can you believe that my rookie account has more frogs bred than my main account haha I think you have done all of the boring breeds. Hopefully I can help with this next one. Btw how's the snow? Sounds like a sandstorm over here
