Her frogs will still be there bc it is saved on the server. However, she needs to get it back to normal by either resetting or removing and then reinstalling. Synching may also help before reinstalling.
I did reset several times but it didn't fix it I will have to remove and reinstall. Ughhh.. Start all over... Huhuhu -kim
Don't worry, your frogs will be there if you delete and reinstall. You won't go back to 0 unless you make a new Plus name. The cache is on your device so removing and installing most likely will do the trick. Try to do a reset in between and a synch.
I know right! There I was, hopping and eating flies, and boom... crashed. I reset. Voila. Tons of coins, stamps and potions I can't even use. I can't access habitats.
I deleted and reinstalled and lo and behold. The last saved game was the messed up one. I reset and now, I have 2 frogs Green Folium Anura Cocos Bruna Anura 1% Froggydex I better start breeding these 2 frogs! Haha! -kimarielnyc
Wouldn't it be great if you could use all of the coins, potions and stamps PLUS a mailbox that holds 52 and a nursey with 169. You could finish the froggydex really quick. But seriously, good luck and hope everything is fine.
What percent did you have before? The last update (not the one from the other day) was supposed to ensure you did not lose your frogs. Did you lose a ton? Do you need any?
That is terrible. I will be happy to send you whatever frogs you need. Just start putting up a wish list.

High level 32, 36 scenarios such as poinsettias, gold and silver coins that you have as extras will keep my common frogs happy in my future habitats. Thanks a bunch! It is actually nice breeding anuras from the pond. The common frogs at the early level aren't jumping a lot. They wanted to mate!!! Hahaha! -kim

I sent 2 scenery pieces. I don't want to clog up your box. They take so long till they are ready. Do you still have stamps so that if we send frogs you can get them fast? Wait you can use stamps for scenery too right? duh
Ok two pink flowers sent 36, a lanterna and a ludo because they are limited, a bunch of inseros I had in my habitats are also sent. I know they are not the highest level but they were ready Togo and should net you some cash. Also when the veru you sent me heard about your trouble he turned around and headed back to NYC. Your habs still looked messed up to me Kim. Am I the only one? I am about to delete and reinstall. Also now you show up as "other" friends. What is that about? PF has a lot of glitches to fix! I also just sent an insero. It shows that you have done all of your awards except the last frogdexter. I'm so confused.
Wow Kim! Will her old stuff still be there if she re-installs? Someone on the other PF thread told me we keep our frogs but lose the info in our froggydexes. Which makes no sense to me.
Yes the habitats still look messed up to me to but I think there is a delay in plus. It seems to take a while for habitats and messages to change. Plus is very screwy.
I just deleted my PF app and reinstalled. Everything is there. No lost frogs, scenery etc. I think if you mess with the time and date it may set you back a bit but nothing changed on mine. Wait, my request is gone and now I have 8 friggin eggs sitting in my nursery for a request that no longer exists! Ahhhhhhhhhhh
