What level is needed for a fluoresco? I just leveled up to 14 and it still doesn't seem to be available. I have the other 3 frogs for this weeks set, and I've noticed that if you change sets, they disappear completely, no second chances. does anyone have a spare white picea fluoresco I'll be happy to pass it on after redeeming.
