MartiNZ, really sorry to hear that. Weird that you still show at lvl 64 with habitats full of Shelbus. Hope it will be fixed soon. I would be mad to have to start over and I don't even have 50% done yet. Will try to send you frogs later this week to help.
Few people would have the stomach to begin ALL OVER AGAIN! More power to you. That said, dunno about iCloud (never use it) but GC definitely has your level & frogs right. In fact, I didn't know it was possible to have the SAME username for two accounts on the same device unless it's an iOS 7 thing. Something's screwy with GC & that's whom I'd contact to make things right. I've included a screenshot of your account with your user name & level so, that, along with your email address, should prove you're at the level you are really at. It seems that GC just isn't working properly. I deleted PF and downloaded it again, and it still didn't ask to download a profile or anything, just taking it back to the start again. Guess I'll just wait to hear ... something.
Hi Martin this happened to my daughter, my second youngest deleted it on her twice and both times she had to start at the beginning despite gc. However that said when I transferred my game from her iPod to my iPad it came across no probs, could you try logging out of games centre, reinstall the game then log back into game centre then open the game and see what happens. I am pretty sure that is how I transferred my game across. Can you try logging on to a different device and see if it shows up there? I know there is a way to do it, however if when you deleted the game you asked gc not to keep your game info it may have deleted. Definately contact gc and ask hopefully you can get it fixed. Ella

Huge thanks to Cspicer4 for this weeks set, I was just going to wait until I hit level 24 to finish it up myself but your generosity has saved me the time and I'm grateful. I'll work on the Glass Velatus, just let me do a clean up on my habs, they get cluttered so easily. >__< Any way, I gots Firefighters and Photo Session (the full sets) up for grabs but only for a short time. Also I have starters for a few recent sets like The Blues, Checkers, and a few more. Let me know if you want any of those. Finally, I'm always willing to help just let me know how I can do that. Just had a chance to try on another device, my mother's iPhone 4 which is still on iOS 6, and that worked fine - restored my proper place in the world - so it is just an IOS 7 & GC issue, which will hopefully get sorted.
Well that's some good news, at least. It's very frustrating that all your info & stats are clearly saved in the system - I can see them in your habs, too - yet the powers that be can't seem to do anything to restore them in the wake of an update. Or won't, I'm not sure which. I really hope all goes back to normal, Martin. I went ahead and updated to 7 too, and everything went ok. Still have my game, which is the most important thing. It did mess up my adorable screensaver, though, not sure what to do about that. Also my neighbors habs weren't loading properly for a while, so I deleted some neighbors from game center. Almost all people that I hadn't traded with in a while, but if anyone out there would rather continue to live close to me (as it were), just send me a request and we can be neighbors again. (It does load a lot better now I've trimmed, btw.) Thanks, Dom for the starter set! Really appreciate it. Hopefully I can get back on track with frogging soon, work's just been brutal lately and hasn't left me much free time for it. Gotta get my priorities straight again.
Marti, Just a thought I have two gc accounts for pf (dont ask) so just. Thought could you try saving your old game on your mums phone in a new gc account I.e make a new gc account open pf so it recognises it play for 5 mins then get out then log into new gc account on your device gc open pf and see what happens ( make sure pf and gc isfully closed on both accounts before doing any of this I.e double button puch then force close at bottom.). If your game comes over then force close pf and gc on your device open gc log into old gc account open pf and it should stay with the game the most far along. Hop this works and you can keep hopping Ella

thank you ^.^ there'll be another pic of her on my GC tomorrow, she's getting all dressed up to meet her great-grandma I have exactly zero completed sets right now. so any of them would be wonderful ^.^ Martin, you may not need this anymore, but level 32 requires 23120525 experience....that would take forever to get with just Anura lol, might be one of the biggest pocket frogs challenges I've heard of, right next to dexxing a breed entirely by hopping in the pond xD
