I'm level 12 now ^.^ I'm sure once I get past my old level you'll be able to see it again....that's my main goal for now . filled out the spreadsheet again ^.^
Heh well done terraaaaaa . And thanks for glacios, and I think nasus? I'll ship you a bunch of higher stuff to keep that number growing - very impressive, especially with the demoralising reset! Not sure I could keep it up, but I have 28,900 to lose!
Thanks to Quossum for a Foramen, Quilta, Mustachium, two Pulvilius, and a Flecto, Maholah for a Vicis, CanadianHaruka for a Shelbus, JavaR1ch for a Lotus Meplie for a Spira Kane Toad for a Skeletos, TG54 for a Volta, Signum, and Bulbus Julesfish1 for a Spira, and anyone else who sent gifts recently. Good night to all!
Hi guys! It took a bit longer than expected for the dust to settle at home and work, but all our end-of-financial-year, start of the new year stuff, plus renovation and rearranging of our whole office is all but done, and things have settled down on the home front as well, though there's only 3 weeks left until my bloke and I make our first ever trip to the USA. SO looking forward to it, not least to escape the winter chill. Getting a bit more time for froggies now. I've been breeding and gifting sporadically; should be more regular now for a while. I've nearly finished the Volta/Hennae double, though I'm still breeding last week's set. Can someone tell me what's in this week's, so I don't inadvertently sell any set frogs that come my way? And on the subject of gifts, thank you never seems like enough, considering the near constant stream of froggies that have continued to grace my mailbox, even though I haven't been around here in ages. I appreciate every gift, so THANK YOU all! I've actually accumulated so many pretty Nebulae that I'm planning to do Flecto/Nebulae next, and work back to Fractus afterwards. Hope everything has been good with you guys. Have I missed any excitement?
Thank you to: malbarnes for the Nebula heeranc for the Levar iluvjae for a pair of Templums terraa for a Gyrus (Congrats on 1K frogs BTW) ADP for an Emblema and a solar systems worth of Nebulas JKLau for a Volta and Nebula AndiNZ for a Volta
Hi, I have a starter set for this week's FroYo set (all COCLEARIS: cocos albeo, beige floris, white muscus, violet callaina). Will send it to you in a minute. Hope you enjoy your trip to the US. Which part of the country are you planning to visit? We had wanted to travel to New Zealand & Australia but we missed our opportunity because the trip there will be too much for us now. Age is so unkind. Take care. Mal
I reached level 37 today! I completed my 'all things Blue' project! 100% BLUE (Anura==>Emblema) Going to ssllloooowwwww down now. The local library is demanding that I return the books that I've been holding hostage. Normally I buy electronic versions (the backlog there is embarrassing) unless the book is what I consider too expensive (I don't want the library to feel neglected). Thanks for recent gifts from: meplie, RQuilt, javaRich, MartiNZ, lisianne, XXXBR and terraaluvsyu. I think that when these last blues mature, I'll use my hoard of potions and stamps to rain down blue frogs onto my neighbors mailboxes. Look forward to it! Take care. Mal
Hi Mal Wow, got ahead of myself, and thought it was set-night last night - always a tiny bit disappointing to learn the weekend is not as close as you'd thought - but a FroYo starter set is just the thing I need to finish off that set before the new one is released, so once again, *thank you*! When it comes to where we are visiting in the USA, the short answer is 'as many places as we can cram in to a month'. The longer answer is, Hawaii first, as it's a logical entry point from here, then NYC (the part I'm most looking forward to, I've always wanted to go - AND I have tickets to go up inside the Statue of Liberty, which has been off limits for a bunch of reasons for aaaages!), Washington DC, my bloke's sister's place in Maine, Pittsburgh for long enough to visit Fallingwater (not so well known outside the USA, I get some blank looks and have to explain it, even from my better-travelled friends), a corner of Indiana to visit an Internet friend, Vegas and LA, then it's a direct flight back to Auckland. Going to be busy, but loads of fun! Sorry you haven't made it down under. Cruise ships visit down here a lot, I don't know if you've considered those? Flying long distance is grueling even for the fittest of us, not surprised it becomes a non-option as we get older. Cheers Andi.
Hi Andi, All I can say is WOW, indeed! One month sounds like a long time, but it will fly by- especially with all the things and places you have planned. You'll be planning a return trip just to see the sites you missed in the cities you've visited. Perfect timing on the Statue of Liberty - our youngest daughter lives in NYC, but we've only seen it from a cruise ship. My brother lives in D.C., but other than making a wrong turn into the White House driveway once, we haven't toured much. Seeing FallingWaters in person should be amazing. We did a 9 hour direct flight to Hawaii a few years ago, and that taxed our limit then. We did have a 35-day cruise booked out into the Pacific but had to cancel because my wife needed back surgery. Since then we've stuck with road trips up and down the east coast - Maine to Florida avoiding the major cities as much as possible. Each of the locations you include would be individual trips for us, so you'll need a vacation to recover from your vacation! We've slowed down since we hit our 60's - slowed but not stopped. Bottom line is, I'm jealous. I hope you have a marvelous trip. I'll watch your GameCenter photo to look for sites I recognize. Be safe and... Take care. Mal p.s. Just so I don't violate the intent of this thread, I'll send you frog or two.
Cetacea, I'm going to have Glass Marbles set tamed in just a bit. Would love to send it off to you if you haven't done it yet. Thanks to ADP, JKLau, and terraluvsyu for the frogs. I'm getting rich off your generosity! Wondering what tonight's set will be. Something cool, I hope. I'm edging up on level 27 now and would be tickled if any of those frogs turned up in the set.
If anyone feels the need for an old set, I have a Hot Rods set from week 45 2011 to share. Will be finished in about 24 h (givrn that I finish this weeks set firsr, whatever it is which I'll find out in about 15 minutes )
Terra, how the heck did you get those Orbis to me so fast?? That set just went up! Four Scutalata coming right up!
Thanks for the glass marbles set. I hadn't even looked at it. Was trying to level up. Am now at 22. If someone can send me a Scutulata from this weeks set I can clone the other 3.
Taking orders for frogs for this week's checkers set. Tell me what is needed and it will be delivered on Friday.
I've been out of touch for the last few days, lots of things going on. Still - lots of time to keep up with my frogs and getting through Nebula (which means they get sent out at least once a day), so I owe a lot of thank you acknowledgements for return gifts! Lisianne - nebula, Emblema MartiNZ - a great number of Mazeus! And a lot of Planeta Terraaluvsu - Orbis, Lunaris, and a frog I missed JkLau- cochlearis, Fortuna, fractus, Gemma, Figularis, Cornus, nebula, Aceris SnappyMcFrog - foramen, Vicis, Emblema (2), Tessera AndiNZ - Volta, Pictoris, cochlearis, Dominic - cochlearis Ella - cochlearis, Lunaris Meplie - Templum (many!) RQuilt - oh my gosh, soooo many Templum! JackaboomU - Arcus(s), lotus, Americano If I missed someone, I'm sorry! It's hard to catch gifts if they come when I'm in the pond. And I've been in the pond a lot :/
