Quite agree, meplie, that such a spreadsheet is incredibly useful to most people, especially those who 'dex. You & others will forgive me, I hope, for not participating. Everyone should know by now that I don't 'dex & don't care if I get a frog which is already in my froggydex. I'm grateful for all frogs I get & especially prize v 2 frogs since I have the fewest of them. When I gift, I make an effort to respond in kind in terms of value to previous gift sent, as most of my trading friends already know. They also know that it probably has zero to do with what they're 'dexing. Taking the extra step of checking a spreadsheet would turn this game into homework, for me at least. If you only want to play by the spreadsheet, please delete me from your Neighborhood, I won't be upset. Really. Ouch!! I send gifts just for the sake it! Many of us have been sending gifts just for the sake of it since I joined the forum. I have no rights to speak on behalf of the forum but I think anyone is welcome here and we are creating multiple ways to enjoy the game. The main thing is we enjoy the game and that's all it counts! Friends forever whether you dex or not.

Exactly! I created this spreadsheet to help those who are dexing (and myself hehe) but I will never delete someone because he/she is not on the list. Everyone should play this game as they want
Hey, all! My apologies for not being around to post; life and work have been conspiring against it! It looks as though I have quite a bit of catching up to do (what spreadsheet?!) and I'll get to it as I can. In the meantime, a Maroon Carota Pictoris has shown up in my mailbox. He's splashing around, messing up my habitats and making all the floris ladies blush. Please let me know who is responsible for this outrage!! Er, um ... I'd like to return the favor by sending a frog, but I missed the note as to who sent him. Please 'fess up? And a huge thanks to all my trading friends. You know who you are!
I'm with you Lisi even though I dex I usually just gift because I want to so I give whatever, however that said if I'm going to flood someone with frogs (which I wouldn't do to you) I like to know its going to help them. So I tend to gift random frogs to those who just like to play the game and enjoy the surprise of an unexpected gift every now and then. And flood the dexers with frogs that will help their dex. And I have found that it is pretty much reciprocated the same. And I do appreciate all gifts regardless of how it crocks. Interestingly though I think you mentioned that you had 23% in you dex a while back and you are only at level 37 it has taken me to level 43 to get to that so for a no dexer you are much better at dexing then me. I suggested that to them a while ago, but seems doubtful they will implement it. I figured being able to look up a persons Dex by username would be nice.
Is there still an active game/tips/strategy topic for this game? I'm interested in getting back into playing but the reason I quit in the first place was feeling like I didn't have enough coins to buy more habitats etc. so looking for some suggestions of how to maximize my play time
Around here the strategy for newcomers/returners will probably go something like: tell us your GC and we'll start sending you high level frogs, which you can sell for coin .
Yep, that's pretty much it! A couple of things that helped my game were to buy a habitat whenever I had a chance (because after level 16 you can't anymore), and to breed the highest level frogs I had and sell sell sell. That helps level up faster and generate coin. The selling is hard for me because I seem to be a frog hoarder, but I'm trying to be better about it. More heartless. Goodbye, frog! meplie, thanks for the string of pretty Marinus! You'll be happy to know I'm hoarding them for a while until I work up the courage to sell them.

Hi everyone! I dropped of the froggy planet for a while, but I have returned! So I am back to playing, have two frogs at 100% which for me is a feat! And I still only have a handful of people to send frogs too! Ick!
