I wonder how many people, playing games on a mobile device, hurt wrists & fingers with the constant holding & tapping. Nobody may recall but, prior to the update, I spoke out vociferously about releasing all the new frogs at once. After their release, I was upset that it would eventually make Weekly Sets too difficult & block this feature of the game to newbies. Yeah, 10 at the most, I agree. Meanwhile, I don't understand how week after week you fill up many of your habs with sets to share with others. These are habs you could use for dedicated breeding. Your generosity is laudable but have you put 'dexing on hold, Dom? p.s.: Thanks for the huge surprise of a Starter Set, meplie! I have 170 stamps and 177 potions and never seem to use them unless I'm sending frogs...what else is there to do with them? I don't use them for taming or growing frogs because I don't mind the wait, and it seems pointless to let them stack up...

Well my prediction is based on current progress - 7,500 after 8 months, almost to the day isn't it? 9,800 to go ... hey actually that sounds better than I thought! Maybe more like a year. It took me 2 years to finish all before v2 and I kind of always assumed it would be about the same for v2 frogs based on their all being 45 hour growers. In terms of time per day, well my usual plan is that I breed like with like to dex each breed, and fill up my habs, selling non-new eggs up until I run out of coin. That tends to take about 30 mins every 2 days - growing time - and then there's taming breeders and of course taming to gift, which on most v2 frogs also takes a rather long time as all know! I check things out a lot inbetween times, of course, for taming, Mail checking, etc., but only because one is sort of addicted lol. Odds have a lot to do with it, of course - I usually end up with between 1.5m and 3m coin to breed with, depending on the frog level, and that can lead to between say 36 new frogs on a really bad odds day, and about 90 on an amazing day .. maybe 63 on average, which would suggest 550 days for all the v2 frogs, and then we factor in sets and such.... Yeah I'm still going to say 2 years all up for v2 frogs ... should be fun . Oh and yes I remember you were always concerned about the volume of v2, and without this thread, far more people would probably have given up!
I am a little bit irritated right now. I have changed from an iPhone4 to a 5 and restored my PF account, but I didn't get the latest version. Is the day before, the latest save? This meens that I don't have the Pistrix gifted from sneeb and the Yuletide set (w.51 2012) is *poof* gone. Do you think, that if I delete the game from the iPhone5 and I don't play at all until tomorrow, today's game will be the one restored? Or does anyone know?!? You described my situation perfectly. 35 years working in data processing (even before everyone had their own PC) and never any problems. Since I retired, I've developed carpal tunnel and some occasional numbness in my fingers and hands. Would have had to forego using my iPad so much if I hadn't started using a stylus. The tip of my 'tap-finger' was constantly tender or tingly (my wife has no sympathy). Now I won't even slide the unlock bar without my stylus! Tap on / Tap off (to paraphrase the Karate Kid). Yes, don't think I'm in Dean or Dom's league. I barely keep my 5 mil. Frog coins, more or less a few 100k by not throwing out ( selling ) my half grown duplicate frogs until I need the hab space. Been thinking, since everybody has their own patterns or dexting habits, that I missed how I could post a little status blurb in the game / neighbors. :-/ If status was still there, I'd post what I was working on and perhaps my lowest frog breeds. Currently Igneous 29 @ 7.88%, Dimidius 31 @ 8.42% and Levar & Foramen both tied for 3rd lowest 32 frogs @ 8.7% I mention this because Locama0 and Sleepingloki have given me so many butterflies they are at almost 60% so, people gifting really helps a lot. There oh , yes the Potion frogs. I didn't find a couple of them at all until way into the game. I am guessing you know, the potion frogs are not in the pond, can't win them in races, so, I made a list a dexted all the potion frogs. Meanwhile the others just appear in packages .. Oh well
