    texas y'all!
dean- just out of curiosity, why do you have like five habitats filled with green tingo emblemas? is is it a dexing strategy or some higher-level trend I'm not aware of? just curious- not trying to be rude#

Yeah well, my strategy wasn't quite so painful without babyproofing, but back in the day it was rather harder on the potions than it was on the coins, hatching those in the nursery to keep breeding - before potion taming I had more potions on hand I guess :D. For the first three months playing I thought frogs had to be fully grown to leave the nursery. I spent a loooooot of time in the pond when we were working on achievement sets!

This double dexing is fully a hex on my enjoyment of the game - experienced a lot of the worst odds ever this morning - with 1.7 million coins on hand, I increased my dex count by a grand total of 36 before running out of coin . One combo required 28 attempts, which I think is a new record for me, and not one I'm proud of. And several others took more than 16 ... at least in terms of randomness I should -never- have this bad a time again ... yeah right :).

I did manage to get the set sorted out at least ... just. Oh and btw, I seem to have an empty mailbox say what!? ;)

It is something I do everytime I finish the froggydex. I take the highest value frog and breed it over and over. It rebuilds my coins and increases my level. By increasing my level I increase the number of stamps and potions I find in the pond so I am also getting those back up.

The other habitats are the frogs that were in the last update and I keep those to make request frogs. Sometimes when I get busy I will sell those off and do all my habitats in Emblemas :) and then when I have time again I will go to the pond and find/breed the "new" frogs again.

I doubt that there will ever be an update BUT I have said that before :)

    wow that's so smart! can't believe I didn't think about that#

so green tingo emblemas are the rarest frogs in the game? you learn something new everyday#

    thanks!

Isn't it interesting the way that people will pay $5 or more for a cup of coffee (or tea, can't stand coffee myself) which lasts about 5 minutes, but think that same $5 is too much for an iPhone game that could give them years of enjoyment.

Heck, we've paid upwards of $80 for XBox or Wii games that sometimes can be completed in a weekend! Ridiculous when you think about it! (I think Skyrim is one of the best value games we've ever bought though!)

Recently I got myself an iTunes gift card for 20% off (so $20 gift card cost me $16). I've used it to buy a couple of books (then convert them to mobi format for my kindle!) and IAP's in a game that I quite enjoy. I'm happy to pay money for a good quality product, how else will we get the next one??

Dean, thanks for the neat list of racing frogs! I will have to try breeding for a few of these after this week's set

Dlstar, I also agree that the Babyproof kit is a good value. The frogs are much more productive with it added! Also, I have the express mailbox which makes the game much more fun.

Thanks to CanadianHaruka for an Emblema,
Nirtew for a Fortuno and an Emblema,
    Quossum for an Arcus,
    Miamare for a Janus,

and anyone else who sent gifts recently. :)

    Good night to everyone.

Thank you! If that boggles your mind, I can only imagine what deans stats do to you as he (she?) is 100% complete. Now that boggles my mind, as I was at about 80% complete before the most recent update...which ultilmately shot me down to around 45%
