In my experience the answers to your question are yes, yes and yes, but you cannot breed or race higher level frogs. :)

Thank you awboj for the Gladius and all the glass ones, especially the Ludo which apparently I was still missing.

Thanks also to bigbluekiowa19 for anything you sent. I really need to write it down because I start to lose track of who sent what when it's unexpected, but it is very appreciated.

Regarding the mailbox, if it is full what happens when people send you frogs? Does it just wait until you have room before it delivers them?

What's been said elsewhere on the internet (eg. Thonky PF guide, etc.) - Yes, it waits. Accept the gift, make space, shut the game down, when you get back on it will be offered.

What I've seen (with only 2 months of experience playing, ahem) - No, they don't wait. That or I don't know how to do it properly :p

If you figure out how to work around the 8 slots in the mailbox, I would love to find out :)

They DO wait, but you have to accept the frog, not sell it AND you have to choose either continue or view mailbox when the mailbox alternative comes up.

The frog(s) will be offered again when you restart your game (or oddly enough if you go pond hopping). They will be offered again and again until you either sell or accept and there is room in your MB.

I'm in awe! Less than two weeks ago you were lvl 11 and I just visited your habitats and you're lvl 41!?! How do you manage 30 lvls in 9 days? 24/7 breeding??? *GAAAAH*

Fantastic!!! Is it for those that come from the pond or only those that are sent as gifts? I've gotten so many in the pond that never got offered back (boo) and I kept trying to switch the game on/off but without success

No, unfortunately this does not apply to pond presents, just gifts from other players. :(

30 levels in 9 days would be physically impossible unless you were cheating the game.

    Good morning Frog Friends

I have successfully defended my thesis and received my masters degree. Still not quite done yet as I am dual enrolled and have 3 more papers to write and a capstone 3 day session to attend. I walk on Friday.

    Now to get a job!

I neglected my frogs badly for a week + and when I checked in yesterday found a ton of gifts!

    I think I got everyone:

    Nirtew - Pulvillus and Fortuna
    MartiNZ - Arcus, many!
Awboj - Emblema, Bulbus, Ocularis, Biplex
    Dlstar - Levar(s)
    SnappyMcfrog - Mustacium
    Ella - Botulou(s), Scululata, Arcus
    Lisianne - levar
    JavaRich - quilta
    Raelyn - Nebula

    Thanks you guys!

If you know that your mailbox is full, then decline (i.e. "No Thanks") the pond gift. That way you will at least get some coins for your effort (not sure if is 25% or 30% of the value, but it is better than nothing).

    Take care.

Congrats! Now you won't have those pesky distractions keeping you away from PF! Seriously, an amazing accomplishment!

And good luck on the job search.

    Take care.

I seem to be in a posting frenzy today...

I was wondering if anyone has a LOTUS to spare. Please, no special breeding. Just trying to satisfy a request frog by being lazy, but I can clone one if really pressed. TIA

    Take care.

Def something weird going on there ... Especially as in my friends list s/he's still between 2 other players who are level 6 and 14 respectively.

So I have a full set of black axis, white pistrix and yellow symphonia either ready to go or growing up.

I insist on volunteers to receive them into loving habitats :D

    And I can't sleep :(

Oh good I am not crazy. I saw her at this super high level when a couple days ago she was at 11 and thought I must be remembering it wrong.

As with declining neighbor's gifts, you get 50% of the value of the frog when declining pond presents. And it's not just frogs, it's habitats, scenery, etc. I hop a lot and it's been an amazing boost to my coin collecting.

I had no idea. I am learning so much from this forum.

Also I'm finding that the trick of hopping in the direction a frog is pointing totally works for finding presents in the pond.

Okay. It is time to start tying up this voting business! I believe this is about the time I said that would happen.

I have recorded 13 votes, mainly through PM, but I have just gone through the last 10 pages or so to be sure of any extras. My vote ended up going to PONDerings, a name that keeps growing on me :).

So with those 13 definitive votes ... we have ended up with a 3-way tie, with only 23 Jump Street falling down at this point, likely from people starting to think about searchability/discoverability.

So. That conglomerate option: PONDering Pocket Frogoholics R Us (on phone so no backwards R for you!) could actually be a possibility! I'm not sure what to say/do from here, beyond thanking you all for partaking :). 'Twas an honour to be involved at an administrative level but ... now what?
