Looking for "special" frogs up to level 7 Hi everyone-- I started playing Pocket Frogs again when I noticed there was a ginormous update that added like a billion frogs (yeah, I'm really out of the loop!) I lost all of my account data so I have to start over (but, I don't really mind) This time, I am trying to dex all the colors of each pattern, one at a time, but I don't have any of those special potion frogs or whatever. My OCD is going crazy since I'm level 7 and missing so many frog patterns! The ones that pop up in the market are way above my level So, would anyone be willing to send me one of these frogs: Lanterna, Glacio, Tribus, Ludo, Marinus, Dextera, Geminus I don't have much to send in return... I've fully dexed Anura so I guess if you need a certain color I can give you one of those. Thanks in advance... (my GameCenter ID is Extinctosaurus)

Omg, thank you java for the absolute flood of Favus... And Domenic thank you for the Vicis I managed to see through the Favus flood. There may have been a couple more but my eyes are seeing stripes....or spots. Lol.

Extinctosaurus, Welcome. Have begun sending you the breeds you requested (except lanterna, thanks Canadian_haruka!). They are usually referred to as "potion frogs" as when they are available in the frogmart, they cost 25 potions. Also, you can't find them in the pond nor win them via racing. Please feel free to ask any pocket frog-related questions. Moreover, nothing needed in return for these, but please pay it forward when you can.
Hi all I have collected all wild frogs including the ones at level 18, but am missing a few special frogs. Can someone help me out with the two I need for my awards? Desperately Seeking Raison d'Être Been on this forum since, well, almost forever. In that time, have added friends very slowly. Since I'm not interested in 'dexing, I don't breed/send frogs at a breakneck pace, like others. My small group of 21 friends has graciously accommodated my one gift every 10-11 days or so plus a Weekly Set offered here or via PM when it's done. I now realize that many of my "friends," although they trade & don't seem to mind my lackadaisical pace, don't participate in this forum often if at all. My link to the forum has thus weakened & I feel progressively more like an outsider. Not the 100% (à la dean) but the 7 Percent Solution? As people drop off my list because they don't seem to be playing anymore, like dean, I'll be sending out friend requests. Only a couple this time & probably for a while. If I send a Request, feel free to totally ignore it BUT, if you don't, understand this leopard won't change its spots & I'll never be an über-active gifter/trader. And once spurned, twice shy, I won't ask again (sorry, couldn't resist the siren call of wordplay...). p.s.: So many thanks to so many! Lisianne - you must be psychic. I've been cruising the pond maintaining that one space in my mailbox for a coclearis for a few days now - a 34 stamp request frog. Oh sure I could ask someone or buy one from my index, but I know one will pop up in a present because frogs do that, but since I've been actively looking, not a one. Imagine my surprise! Thank you!

I can identify. I check a few times a week, but most of the trading group that was around when I joined has more or less retired from the forum, and it doesn't have as much life anymore. I don't expect everyone to stay forever, but it's just kind of sad to see this community falling apart, the same way the Wiki did.

I don't know if I'd go as far as to say its falling apart, just evolving. The weather here in north Queensland has cooled off beautifully over the last few days so I've actually being spending time Outside. I actually just sat on the step and listened to my iPod for over half an hour yesterday afternoon it was so nice. Plus it rained!!! For about 5 minutes... right whilst I was getting the washing off the line... I may tame some Vicis for gifting later today, if I feel like it. Haven't actually even looked at any of my games yet today!
